Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to fill it out online—it’s quick and easy! To avoid a rush fee, please complete the form at least three days before check-in. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. We’re here to help if you have any questions—our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Keep in mind that for bookings made within 3 days, the rush fee will need to be paid after booking. The community limits the number of vehicles per registration to 4.
Pets: Fido friends are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay with a limit of 2 dogs.
Seasonally available amenities passes are available for $12 per person daily, and you can purchase them directly at any pool location. With these passes, you will have access to community pools (Memorial Day - Labor Day), swimming beaches, mini-golf, and paddle boats (July 1st-Labor Day).
Please note that this home is located in a community that offer shared amenities. All amenities are managed and maintained by the community, not by us. That means we do not control the hours of operation or availability. The community reserves the right to close or restrict access to these amenities at any time, for any reason, including maintenance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

After you book, you'll be required to complete a short-term rental registration form provided by the HOA after booking. This form must be completed 72 hours prior to arrival, or a $75 late registration processing fee is charged. If you still have not completed the form 24 hours prior to check-in, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
This community houses a mixture of vacation homes and permanent residents, so we ask that you are mindful of the neighbors and respect the quiet hours, which are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Parking is a breeze throughout the community. You'll find free parking available at all of our sparkling pools and other fantastic amenities.
When you return to your home away from home, you'll find ample parking space in the driveway, accommodating up to four cars. Please note that street parking is not permitted within the community. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities, ensuring your stay is as smooth as possible.
