Woodland Beach Sunset Haven
Come and enjoy your Christmas vacation with your family at Woodland Beach. A cozy, spacious cottage to celebrate Christmas with the family. Take a stroll on the snow-covered beach. Stay warm around the campfire with a hot beverage or simply enjoy the patio overlooking Georgian Bay. Located within a short drive to the beautiful Blue Mountains, Collingwood, Horseshoe Resort and Mount St Louis Ski Resort.
Beach Access: Less than a 1-minute walk from the end of the driveway, down the beach pathway will bring you to beautiful Woodland Beach.
Parking: 3 Vehicle parking.
Woodland Beach Area: LCBO, ice cream shop/fish and chips, and a convenience store are around the corner. 10-minute drive to Wasaga Beach. Short drive to various family-oriented activities such as go-karts, mini putt, batting cages, Elmvale Zoo, farm with petting zoo, and much more.
Side Note:
- Wicker Patio has been put away for winter and replaced with different furniture. The patio fire table is still available for use.
- No access to the storage shed.
- Lysol wipes, cleaning products, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper & paper towels included.
- Shower & Beach Towels are NOT provided.
The cottage is fully winterized, and we do rent through ski season as well. Send us a note for more details.

Wonderful place, everything as expected
We had a great weekend at this place. It ended up being rainy most of the time, but the large covered porch was a great feature to have. Would absolutely stay here again, hopefully when there are clear skies and a visible sunset!

The place was tidy clean and nicely kept. Easy access to the beach! The weather wasn’t great but there was a nice front porch that was covered from the rain. Easy access to the beach. Lots of space for sleeping!!

here’s a suggestion for your short title name… Comfort, Cozy and Content in a Tiny Township Cottage
Hi Scott,
I would like to take this opportunity to share with you my appreciation for the wonderful accommodations at your cottage this past weekend.
We had a fabulous time, the cottage was comfortable, cozy, organized with all of the modern amenities that one could possibly ask for or even need, and steps away from the beautiful sandy beach and gorgeous sunsets.
One suggestion I would make is to reconsider the check out time and make it more accommodating so people won’t feel rushed.
Aside from the partial fire ban and the constant mosquitoes we made the best of the situation and had a great time and we are definitely looking forward to hopefully booking again for another memorable family getaway.
