Lack of toiletries & other house hold supplies, no response from host when trying to outreach. Had to go to the market & get stuff. We booked for 22 people & for 3 nights & all they had provided was 2 toilet rolls per washroom, shampoo, bodywash & conditioner bottles were kept in each bathroom; however they were XL size which are available in costco were & were empty when we checked in. The host had clearly mentioned in checkin instructions that they willNot be refilling the supplies & we had to pay for that too. Booking an luxurious & this expensive property & still have to worry about the little things is disappointing. The kitchen had bare minimum appliances & the bar had NO crockery at all. The kitchen was missing a basic necessity of a chopper or a grinder. Paid over 8k & still had to run errands to get the basics.
