The Villa is located at Agios Sostis Bay, one of the most beautiful long sandy beaches of the island. It is only a 5 min walk to the beach and 5km to the city of Tinos and the port.
Our villa has two floors. The top floor has an open space living room, dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two balconies, in the front where you can see the islands of Mykonos, Delos, Paros and Naxos. From the back balcony you overlook the beach of Agios Sostis.
The ground floor has two double bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large veranda where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee. From the back door you can walk to a protected veranda with a stone table and comfortable chairs near the traditional stone BBQ and a country stove.
The lower level is not for rent. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water.
A private parking spot belongs to the Villa.

We really enjoyed our stay with Philip and Antigone!! They are so cute and are always (!!) up to help - whether this is about local tips or other issues. The house is super cute with 3 floors and lots of terraces and a beautiful view of the sea and a 5 min walk to go swimming :)

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, grazie ad una casa equipaggiata di tutto, con 3 bagni e 3 camere da letto, più una "tavernetta" al piano terra ad uso dei bambini, nel nostro caso, che hanno molto apprezzato. Philippos e sua moglie sono persone gentili, aperte, intelligenti, comprensive e anche molto discrete.

Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einer Ferienhaus-Siedlung mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf die tiefblaue Ägäis. Es ist mit jeglichen Komfort ausgestattet. Vorallem der Wohn- und Küchenbereich mit seinen 2 Terassen lädt zum verweilen ein.

Comfortable and perfectly equipped house. Unbelievibly friendly owners. Tinos is an essence of Greece. Perfect for quiet family time. We found everything we need to rest, chill and cook. Clean, comfy bedrooms. 3 bathrooms. Laundry- what a convienience with children. 10 minutes by bus or taxi to center. 2 minutes to nice hotel restaurant with breakfasts and dinners. Thank you !
