It is one of the 6 houses of a complex located in the area of ​​Vournes, a new settlement with exclusively newly built mansions in the southern part of the island, just 4 km from the city. It is built on the top of the hill and has panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. The quiet beach of Balos is only a 4-minute walk away.
The house is two-storey, with 2 large verandas with views. Inside it is modernly decorated, with Cycladic simplicity and charm

The view is not what is expected

This house is wonderful for a small family or a few friends it is clean and has good access to the port. Unfortunately the view was not as we were led to believe of just the sea as on the left hand side is arid land with a lot of newbuilds in process. Thouse is smaller than we thought however sweetly decorated with all the amended. A good place to stay!
