Villa Perla is a modern Villa located in the exclusive and quiet residential area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen. Just 10 minutes away are the beaches of Puerto del Carmen, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars. With a constructed area of 300 m it consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms with flat screen TV, dining room, playground with ping pong table, laundry area and very large terrace and garden with pool. Fabulous kitchen with dishwasher, fridge - freezer, oven, microwave and laundry area with washing machine, dryer and iron. Satellite TV BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4, Sky. In short, it offers all the necessary comforts so that our guests feel at home.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Amazing property

Fantastic villa particularly the outdoor space which is the best we have experienced in Puerto del Carmen. Quiet location with wonderful Arena lounge only steps away. Perfect.

The property is great and very spacious. Everything we needed for 3 couples. The décor is modern, and cleanliness was very good, although if you looked closely some areas were showing signs of wear. Beds were very comfortable and there are lots of wardrobe space, showers were powerful and hot. Pool was great but we did find the tiles in this area slippery when wet, we didn’t have it heated, and it was warm enough in early September. Located in a quite area, It’s a 5-minute walk to nearest restaurants and supermarket, 10 minutes to the main harbour area. Quite steep hills down to the harbour and pavements are typically poor in places but if you are mobile, it’s not a problem. We did have a fault with the air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms during our stay and once I reported it to Maria, it was fixed the next day. Overall, the property was good value for money, and we enjoyed the stay. If we go back to this area, we will consider using it again.
