Located in a privileged environment, this cosy holiday home in Puerto del Carmen has high-speed Wi-Fi and is just 300 metres from Playa Grande, very close to shops, restaurants and bars, making it an ideal option to enjoy the area. The ground floor property has a large terrace equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation moments.



The property has two bright bedrooms, one with an open wardrobe and the other with large drawers. Both are furnished with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. One of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning for greater comfort.



The bathroom is modern and functional, and includes a practical shower, toilet and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, including a 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, capsule and Italian coffee makers, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, sandwich maker, kettle and complete kitchenware.
