We were only in Annecy for 1 day to visit with our exchange student & his family. The hotel is absolutely beautiful & the view of the lake was stunning from our balcony. We absolutely will come back if we are lucky enough.

Beautiful old world hotel fully modernized. Nice rooms with all amenities. Friendly staff. Food at Bistro restaurant was very disappointing. Due to a Jazz band playing conversation was difficult.

Lovely Hotel on the edge of the lake, very polite staff who even let me try my French. Room was large and comfortable, and bed was also comfortable. The spa was very relaxing and readily available. The food was very good, and substantial. it would have been helpful to have a larger range of smaller snacks at the bar

Serene location and exceptional experience.

Our first stay in Annecy! Wow! We couldn’t have stayed in a better hotel. We had a balcony over looking the stunning lake. Staff were on hand 24/7.
