I recently updated everything in this suite with short-term renters in mind. It is well equipped with all the essentials for a stay of any length. I want this suite to feel like home - but without the stress and responsibilities! While this listing is new, I have over 10 years of experience as a landlord, property manager, and host.

There is over 1000 sq ft of bright, open concept living space. There are two bedrooms, both featuring queen beds. The large primary bedroom has an oversized window, a TV, and closet. Spacious open concept living room with a brand new 50" TV, a modern kitchen, and a dining area that seats 4. In suite laundry and access to fenced backyard. Includes one off street parking space.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.
