Family members also live there so the shared kitchen and fridge were full of fish and seafoods that I am highly allergic to so we had to immediately leave the premises as soon as we found alternative accommodations, we were trying to get some compensation of our payment for the week we were supposed to stay but we got nothing back even though the stay was a major safety issue. She said there cancellation policy is no refunds and communication ended there with no more response to our follow-ups, she had said talk to Vrbo which we have but no positive results and they ended communication also, not very happy with our Vrbo experience and quit disappointed with the rental person. Money spent but lack of appropriate compensation rules so we paid more for alternative accommodations for the week.
