The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay all year round. We offer multiple bedrooms designed with your comfort in mind. All bedrooms are located on the upper floor. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 with Trundle Bunkbed. Soft linens, cozy blankets and lots of space for storage creating a welcoming atmosphere. Guests can unwind and recharge after a day of exploring. Enjoy complimentary coffee in the mornings
in the fully equipped kitchen. Guest can prepare there own meals whether it is a quick breakfast or a lavishing dinner. There are 2 full bathrooms on the upper level and a half bathroom on the main floor. Fluffy white towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. For entertainment the house is equipped with high-speed internet and a smart t.v on the main level and a collection of board games to enjoy on your downtime. Guest can also explore the beautiful city of Welland visiting local shops, parks and attractions.

Very spacious and fully stocked with plenty of sheets, pillows, towels, bbq grill, etc. Very clean and simple 25 minute drive to the falls, and 2 hours from Toronto. Would definitely recommend!

Property checks all the boxes
Very clean. 3 families with kids ages 7-15 had a great stay. Beds were very comfortable, linens (like towels and sheets, pillows) well stocked. Great basics for the kitchen (coffee, sugar, salt, pepper). Easy check in and check out. Would recommend to others and would stay again if in the area.
