Room cards are getting erased from some of the security systems in gatlinburg! Staff members reloaded it after each trip back to the room!
They told us about the problem when we checked in.

Room with bunk beds was smaller than I thought it would be. No coffee maker or microwave in room. Cashless environment. Everything except Waterpark costs extra. Keep credit card handy!
