We have been to this resort several times and always have a wonderful stay. Breakfast is amazing - looking out over the pool to the sea never gets old - and the service and items available at breakfast are fantastic. Reception is good and helpful, the gym is good (if a little too warm) and all staff are very friendly. The only minor gripe is that we always stay in the deluxe suites 402 this time, but the other ones on other ocassions (which are all very comfortable) but none of the fridges in these rooms are cold enough. Our friends stayed in one of the other rooms and their fridge worked properly.

It was off season and there was some annual maintenance going on - it has to happen sometime - but the hotel manager and staff had made every effort to minimize this and to more than compensate. If you wanted a fully equipped gym you might have been disappointed but if you wanted to stay in a simply beautiful property - and we were delighted in all respects from room, food, amenities, activities, and location this place is it. But what makes this property special is quite the most genuinely charming and hardworking and professional staff I have encountered in my 45 years of international travel this is the place. From room and catering to garden and security the staff are very well trained, clearly Taj brand appreciative based on conversations I had with them, motivated and make this property as nice as it is. We stayed at 2 other 5 star properties on this trip and this was our clear favourite and made it an exceptional memory.

Had an exceptional one-night stay at Taj Green Cove in Kovalam! The waterfront setting is breathtaking, and the service is truly top-notch. The room was luxurious, with every detail attended to, and the dining options were diverse and delicious. The staff's hospitality made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend for a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury!

This particular resort is true paradise here on planet Earth.
