Modern loft apartment, subdivided in two extra large spaces like individual suits connected between them. kitchen, big bathroom and auxiliary bathroom, fully furnished and equipped, located at the waterfront at the new promenade. Every room has access to balconies and sea and park view. One space has an extra large double bed. Desk wardrobe, Tv. The other space has a double bed, a single sofa that can be used also as a bed, A double sofa that also can become a comfortable big double bed, a big table, desk and big kitchen. Every room have a large screen for watching Tv local channels and also some European channels. Every room has a desk for computer work and internet is steady and speed of 40 mbps, in Wifi. A large balcony is connected to all rooms and kitchen for a coffee, watching sea and the park.
Heating is Totally autonomous with water radiators , and hot water is continues.

When I am in the city, I like to meet the guests and provide lists and information about their stay (transportation, things to do , places of interest, bars, etc). I am available 24/7 to assist you with information might needed.

The apartment is located at the waterfront one of the most beautiful neighborhoods. The sea promenade is just some meters away and all the parks also. Walking distance to the center (white tower) is 10 minutes. There is also very frequent bus service to the center (4 stops) and very easy connection to the airport. This is a very lively and senior neighborhood of the city. Is very near to Helexpo, the University, the museums, the parks all at walking distance. Corner store, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, home cooking delivery are just under the flat providing everything you might need. A big supermarket is just around the corner. A range of tavernas , bars, cafes is just there (please ask Erasmus for more information).

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung entspricht nicht dem Inserat. Es gab nur 1separates Schlafzimmer und nicht wie angegeben 2. Ebenso nur 1 Bad statt 2. Sämtliche Schränke, Schubladen waren komplett belegt mit Kleidung, Wäsche etc. und in der Küche lagerten uralte, verschmutzte Lebensmittel (mindestens 25 Pakete Nudeln).Eigene Lebensmittel fanden keinen Platz.Unsere Kleidung konnten wir nur auf einem Tisch ablegen. Kaffeemaschine fehlte.Neben offen liegenden Stromanschlüssen in der Wohnung lag Baumaterial auf dem Balkon, so dass eine Nutzung keinen Spass machte. Diese Wohnung würden wir kein zweites Mal mieten. Fotos können nachgereicht werden.
