2) Approximately 2 people can be accommodated comfortably.
3) There are all appliances provided (washing machine, fridge, cooker, iron, air-condition and more).
4) Modern desktop computer with many programs installed, so as to carry on with your business requirements (office, social media).
5) Fast internet connection and easy wifi in all parts of the suites.
6) Double size bed with storage room for your personal belongings.
7) Smart-TV with internet access and three international channels as well as many other applications.
8) Office desk for comfortable study.
9) A wardrobe with 10 hangers for all your clothes.
10) Stereo system with multiple uses such as aux, usb.
11) First aid kit in case of an emergency.
12) Fire extinguisher in case of fire.
13) Table capable of opening so as 2 people can have a meal.
14) Water filter to make tap water pure, clean and potable.

The area is walkable and a great way to get to know the city. I walked everywhere I wanted to go within the city. I rented a car and this is a perfect hub to explore the beaches and mountains less than 1 hr away.
It is NOT quiet and not friendly to those who can't walk well or need a wheelchair. I parked in a lot 3 blocks away. (17 Euro per night) There is street parking everywhere but it is crowded and you likely won't be parked any closer for free.
