Nice hotel with an excellent location. Our room was rather big, very clean and with a nice balcony with a great view. Very comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Nice and helpful staff. OK breakfast buffet, but the greek bread is never very good.
Pros : - Great location within walking distance to the old town, the attractions and the waterfront - All rooms have balconies - Comfortable beds - Decent bathrooms - Decent breakfast - The hotel collaborates with an underground secure carpark at only 3 minutes walking distance - Friendly staff Cons : - Rooms are very small - Noise from neighbouring rooms, walls are not soundproof - The rooms we stayed in had a humidity problem which meant that we had to keep the window open at all times, which was noisy at night - The breakfast room is small, which is a problem when guests arrive at the same time - The lift has manual doors which can be a problem with guests not used to this. We saw them travelling up and down without being able to get out of the lift :)
Perfect and beautiful hotel but without free parking. There is no free parking around either. Everything with pay, even on the road, needs a special card that you can get away with in smartphone applications.
We stayed here for two nights on arrived and one when we were leaving. They were fully booked up owing to the international festival so could not keep us for another night. We had booked an interior view room which was very quiet , first time 3rd floor, and the second on 4th floor, one above. The room was very clean, compact, nice big bathroom, safe, T.V., a rail to hang clothes with two hangers provided. Breakfast was buffet and had a good variety of cereals, yogurt, fruits, two kinds of egg, meats, cheese, croissants, breads, and you could make your own toast. There was juice and a machine for coffee, The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was walking distance to most places and nearby there were places to eat and drink. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay.
We visited the hotel on September so the prices were reasonable . It is a Comfortable hotel with nice and aquiped rooms. Good service, good breakfast and great location enabled us walking every where.
An excellent 3 star hotel in a residential area of Salonica, with a great view of roman ruins. Recently renovated, very clean and quiet and close (walking distance) to Ladadika night entertainment district and Aristotle Square. Do not be dismissive of the morning buffet . It may seem small but the scrambled eggs are cooked to perfection , there are all the basic cereals & milk & yoghurt and I would sing a hymn to their lovely bougatsa.
Staff were polite. Room was refurbished and comfortable. A/C was efficient. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was tasty. Close to plenty of public transport. Also just round the corner is a great gyros place called Porkitto, if I remember correctly. Amazing value for money. Nothing negative to say.
Great location and very clean and modern hotel. We had the family suite which were two rooms with separate bathrooms and doors with a further common door from the corridor. Perfect set up for our family of two adults and three kids. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. From the hotel we were able to walk to White Tower as well as all other places to visit downtown. Great gyros place just around the corner too (Porkito I think). Highly recommend this hotel!
We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff friendly and warm. The break fast service was wholesome and tasty. Location is ideal, and is within walking distance of the city centre. Highly recommended
Stayed here for 9 nights. Were booked in room 702, which had a serious air conditioner problem. When we left one of our room keycards in the electrical switch to keep a little cool in the room, the staff TOOK THE KEYCARD. to When we inquired about problem, rooms were all booked. When we moved the following afternoon, there was no attempt to help us do so. When we checked out there was no adjustment to the rate. Hot water temperature in Shower was unpredictable. On the positive side the room was spacious by European Hotel Standards. Small balcony was nice in cool hours of the day. Staff were helpful with several items from luggage storage to taxi reservations to directions. Hotel is convenient to many areas of downtown. Would like to have been able to give a better review.
