We stayed for three nights and left to come back again. Huge and beautiful rooms, new linens and towels, great staff- friendly, helpful and experienced with organizing our tours and transfers. Complimentary chocolate, wine, fruit, coffee and mini bar(refilled everyday.) Great breakfast and lunch.

We had an enjoyable lunch here,as a break from sightseeing. The food was very good, the service friendly and professional, and the view from the outside tables very pleasant.....across Thessaloniki waterfront.

My wife and I booked in for 3 night on the begging of our 4 week driving holiday thought Greece. What a way to start it off. Daios. All communication leading up to our stay was outstanding. The care and service from all the staff provided is a credit to the chain. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The in-house restaurant was excellent. Eating here on our first night after approx a day half of Flying from Australia. The absolute number one thing about Daios in the breakfast OMG. All the Greek classics and more to please many a discerning dinner. You can walk everywhere. Thanks again Daios.

Very nice hotel good decoration, very pleasent hosting team . Very nice rooms, mini bar included. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food. I would like to say that although every thing was great, Miss Constantina ,was the greates of all, she was very kind and helpfull smiling and wellcoming.

I had a nice spacious room with a superb view to the sea. I liked everything in the room the small sitting area, the bathroom with shower and bathtub separately. The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows which were below the standards. Very good breakfast and very pleasant breakfast area

If you want a perfect boutique luxury hotel this is the one for you! Centrally located right on the promenade a beautifully appointed hotel with excellent service . I recommend this hotel all heartedly this one! In short perfect👍

Everything about this hotel is great! The location is right on the sea from, with lovely views from the corridor (and I imagine some bedroom) windows. I arrived very early (8.30am) and although they couldn’t accommodate an early check in, they were very helpful in letting me have coffee and work in the breakfast room, storing my luggage and eventually delivering it to my room once ready. The staff here were super lovely throughout my stay, particularly those on reception and in the restaurant. The restaurant itself was great, and really busy, with delicious Greek food. My room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and even had a free minibar (soft drinks). Turndown service with posh chocolates was also appreciated :) I slept really well, which is definitely proof of a good hotel and a comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely, with freshly pressed juice and coffee served immediately and a great buffet available. I had a lovely stay here, and genuinely wished I was staying for more than one night. Hopefully I’ll be back!

exelent hotel in the center of thessaloniki near the sea , very clean and very helpful personel nice breakfast i recoment it to anybody not overpriced for the quality, reception very helpful. little presents expect you in your room very near to scopping centers archeological museum and other sight seeng possibilities modern in decor

I will start by saying that the room is not the largest Junior Suite we've ever had but the pay off is the view from the exceptionally large balcony. If you can, go the extra and get the full sea view Junior Suite, the view is uninterrupted and the perfect place to watch the sunset. The TV is in a strange place in the Junior Suite, but to be fair we didn't spend enough time in our room to watch it, we were too busy exploring Thessaloniki and surrounds. The bed is very comfortable with high quality linen and the air conditioning works well. The modern bathroom is exceptionally good with a superb shower with excellent water pressure and large bath. We too like another reviewer, had an experience where our housekeepers were a little too eager and removed half a bottle of red wine we had left to finish up on our last night. However, it was replaced very quickly when we mentioned it to the reception/concierge staff, who were always friendly and very helpful. This hotel is ideally situated along the sea front which is a hive of activity and so much fun to sit and observe. It is also excellent to be so close to all the eating options. The district of Ladadika is only a 15 minute walk along the sea front if you want to eat there at night (recommended). It is about a 10 minute walk to the Archeological Museum. We had an excellent view of the White Castle from our terrace. Even though the road in front of the hotel is extremely busy, you do not hear it once the sliding doors to the terrace are closed. We'd probably rate this four stars on the hotel room alone, but what bumps it up to five stars is both the exceptionally good restaurant and the five star buffet breakfast. The restaurant is really fabulous for a fine dining experience. We had a beautifully cooked piece of fish with cauliflower puree which was outstanding (so was the choc hazelnut martini). The buffet breakfast has plenty of options (cereal, yoghurt, cooked items, pastry items, champagne if you want it and much more). We enjoyed this hotel so much that it will be our first choice when we return to Thessaloniki next year for our second visit.

We stayed for 3 nights with a baby and had a perfect experience. The room was great with stunning sea view. We received a warm welcome treat and excellent service in finding restaurants, car rental and other services. The staff were so friendly and helpful in so many ways. Especially Kalliopi who was so resourceful, efficient and nice to us. Breakfast was great and overall we had great time in Thessaloniki. Price was high compared to alternatives but it was worth it.
