This home is a 2 bed 2 bath courtyard Villa. Master suite includes a comfortable King size bed, walk in closet and ensuite with walk in shower. The guest suite can be closed off with a sliding door to provide your guest with privacy in the guest bedroom with a queen bed and guest bath. The kitchen includes all of you cooking and serving needs. The Living room has comfortable leather furniture including a recliner to enjoy the full cable package on the 65" smart TV where you can also enjoy all of your favorite shows on your favorite Apps. The Lanai overlooks your fully enclosed private courtyard oasis, where you will hear the swaying of the palm trees and watch the birds in the bird bath. All linens, including bath towels, pool towels, kitchen towels, sheets and blankets are provided.
The use of all of The Villages amenities, including free golf on the 40 executive golf courses, (golfing on the 12 Championship golf courses requires and additional fee), use of all of the pools located throughout The Villages (the closest pool is just a short stroll away), pickleball, tennis, clubs and activities are available to you with the purchase of the Temporary Resident ID's that costs $50/2 guests and is purchased from The Villages upon your arrival. Once you have obtained the Temporary Resident ID's, you can obtain free guest passes for your guests.

Wonderful home. Very clean and the owner was so easy to work with. Had a great stay. Be sure to gas up the golf cart the evening before as the gas station is not open til after checkout the next day. Will definitely stay here again.

Truly an amazing experience renting this gorgeous Villa in the Villages. From the time I booked to departure owner Lisa was informative and prompt with any questions I had. The property was truly perfect, from the location near Lake Sumpter Landing town square to beautiful cozy clean decor, it was truly fantastic! The property was well maintained and comfortable. The master bedroom is well-sized. The second bedroom was a bit small, but the bed was extremely comfortable. Very easy check in, pd $50 for passes just to use the pools but they're not locked and we only went twice so if you're not going to golf I would recommend not bothering with the passes. Other than that the Villa was clean and quiet and furnished very comfortably! I loved the shower in the master bath, it was to die for!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful Place

The property is very clean and has everything you could possibly need or want. The golf cart is an enjoyable and fun way to get around the Villages. Many fun things to do very close to the house.
