This beautifully decorated Designer 3-bedroom home is located in the Ashland neighborhood, nearest to Lake Sumter Square. This home is decorated with a Coastal theme and has a bright open floor plan. The Primary bedroom has a Premium King size adjustable bed, 2 large walk-in closets, and a private master bath. Bedroom #2 has a comfortable Queen size adjustable bed for your guests to feel at home and the Bedroom#3 is set up with King bed as well, (all appointed with premium linens). There are so many places to enjoy a cup of coffee, will it be on the screened Tiki Hut theme Lanai with TV, or the over-sized glider on the front porch, or while catching some rays on the back-patio has 4 adirondack chairs – you decide! Of course, you can sit indoors as well at the kitchen Island or the Dining room table. The home only a short trip(2 mi) to the town center, Lake Sumter Square. The town squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about 5 minutes from Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for your grocery needs, Walgreen's pharmacy, banking, restaurants and more. If a day of relaxation poolside sounds like fun you are only minutes to Churchill pool and recreation center where you'll find a swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and more.
You’ll be welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home has everything you need including beach towels & beach chairs for a day outing, and premium bed linens and bath towels. The primary bath offers an extra tall walk-in shower. The kitchen has been updated with a Gas stove and a Bosch dishwasher and is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa, if your entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. And of course, there's a charming screened in lanai where you will find a table, chairs and flat screen tv for you to enjoy reading the morning paper or watching the morning news with your coffee. Invite your new friends over for a BBQ on the patio before you head out to the Square for a night of fun! Each of the Bedrooms, living room and Lanai have a Flat Screen TV, and a ceiling fan.

This home has BBQ grill & WIFI. Resident ID cards are included with your stay at no cost . You can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

TheVillages-Ashland/Lynnhaven

Highly recommend this home for your stay in The Villages. 3 Bedroom, 2 bath with lanai, grill and 2 car garage. Perfect location for us. Close to pickleball open play courts at Pimlico, Churchhill & Laurel Manor. Ashland pool, an adult only pool was a short golf cart ride away. Golf courses everywhere. Could easily take a golf cart to all 3 squares, but Lake Sumter was the closest to us. Loved the nighly music at any of the town squares. Shopping close by in the town squares, again, accessible by golf cart or a few minutes away was Publix, post office, Sports store and a great Chinese restaurant. Bealls, Walmart, Sam's and Aldi's a short car ride away. Home was well stocked. New appliances and cookware were great. Plenty of dishes and glassware. All 3 beds: 2 king, 1 queen were very comfortable. Split floor plan with sliding door was perfect for our guests to feel comfortable and private. TVs throughout, including on the lanai where we enjoyed watching the Superbowl and March Madness games. Owner, Patrick, was a jewel, responsive and helpful in every way. Great place and so much to do in The Villages. Nearby was the World Equestrian Center, Orange Blossom music venue and Market of Marion Flea Market which has the best Farmers Market around which we visited weekly to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Great Place to stay in The Villages

Very beautiful home, we would highly recommend staying here. The kitchen was fully stocked and anything you think you might need, no worries, they have it. The lanai outside was so nice to have, cool days, hot days, it was wonderful, they even had a nice size TV in the lanai. Very well organized, all things labeled so there is no guess work. Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer all work great. Had lots of supplies on hand that you normally need to bring. The TV’s had all the channels. Wifi was strong (and we had lots of devices). Very clean, and beds were so comfortable. 5 Stars from these Canadians!

Great Property

The home is in a GREAT location. Minutes to the closest town square with nightly entertainment. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our month long stay. It was nice having paper products, dish soap and laundry soap available until we could make it to the store. Owner was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Excellent house and location in The Villages

The house was very clean, organized and comfortable for our family visiting the villages. It has a great outside yard with a grill and chairs to enjoy barbecuing under the trees. It’s only eight minute golf cart ride to Sumter. Check in was easy with all the information you would need to know about the villages to make your stay wonderful. The host was excellent and communication was fast. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone whether you’re coming with a family or by yourself!

This house is perfect! Great location, nicely decorated, well equipped for cooking, bicycles, beach gear, internet and room for 2 cars in the garage. Pat, our host, was very helpful with all aspects of visiting “The Villages”. He’s got everything so organized, even the light switches are labeled! Great stay in The Villages

Stayed here for a week in July and have nothing but positive things to say about this house and host – pre-arrival communication was excellent, check-in was easy, and it was extremely helpful to have basics (paper products, dish soap, etc.) already at the house when we arrived. The location was perfect for us and the house was very clean and comfortable. Overall a great experience and would stay here again!

Geat house for solid rate

Was in the area for business trip. My wife, 11 year old son and I really enjoyed this house. We're 45 and 46 years old and weren't sure if staying in 55 over community was right move for us. We LOVED The Villages. Friendly people, who love to have great time with awesome food. This house is located central to everything. Property manager was great and answered any questions we had. We will book here in the future.

Wonderful vacation home managed by terrific owner!!

This is our fourth vacation home rental in The Villages. Although we were happy with our previous rentals, this home and it’s wonderful owner provided an outstanding experience. We felt welcomed even before our arrival. Communication between us was great. Minor issues he quickly resolved. It’s easy to understand why he is a premier host. The house was clean and very well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet, with the Villages ‘ amenities close by. Lake Sumter Landing is just over 1.5 miles away. I highly recommend this property.

Home away from home.

This was a perfect place to stay. I would like to tell you otherwise so we could have the place to ourselves, but in all honesty, it was perfect. The house accommodated just fine when we had up to 6 adults. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked.The location was just minutes from the rec center where we spent time simming, playing pickle ball, and bocce ball and had plenty of golfing near by. There was even bikes and beach chairs to use. Also, what a perfect host! He was so helpful with whatever we needed. No regrets to be had when you stay here. In fact, we are already scheduled to come back! :)

Mostly great.

Nice house. Well stocked. Overall clean but some stains on carpeting. Surprised beds weren't made ahead of arrival. Huge stain on one mattress which was disgusting, but bed linen provided was fresh and clean. Would think you would cover stain with padding or replace mattress. Coffee maker not heating coffee properly. All else was perfect.

No Contact check in with Perfect Location!

Location is Perfect !!! 2.5 miles from Lake Sumter Square ! Super Clean home with No Contact check In .( we could smell how clean it was upon arrival!) Owner was extremely contentious to the Cleanliness of the home. Home was as promised, and exceeded our expectations with amenities. Owner was friendly, and flexible and more than helpful with all of our questions - as we were first timers to the area.

The property was very nice as advertised. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short because of covid-19 and our need to be home in our own state of NY which was having such difficulty. Hopefully, we will be able to get a partial refund. Otherwise, all was well.

Good place to try out the Villages

The property owner left us well supplied with cooking equipment, cleaning supplies, bottled water and some basic food. There are King beds in two bedrooms, which is a plus. The house is within walking distance of three pools. It's a short drive to Lake Sumpter Landing where there are several restaurants and entertainment on the square. The owner responded quickly to my questions. Internet connection was great.
