Your apartment is spacious (78m2), bright and completely private on the third floor. You will have 2 bedrooms and an open plan living room, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The sofa in the living room easily converts into a comfortable sofa bed for 2. The bathroom and toilet are separate and there are French windows which overlook the marina and the water.

The Kaag Resort recreation apartments are located right beside the river Leede. This river is an open waterway to the Kaag Lakes, the Braassemmer Lake and the city centre of Leiden. The perfect location to take a tour by boat on Saturdays across the culinary market or pay a visit to one of the cosy little restaurants on the water.

The surroundings offer a wealth of recreation possibilities. The golf course is within walking distance and the same applies to the sauna, tennis courts, sports school, restaurants, supermarket and the centre of Warmond. The Warmonder forest is just opposite the resort. You can easily reach the beach for a nice walk with a fresh sea breeze.

This central location ensures that all possibilities are within reach. Cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leiden, Delft and The Hague can be reached within 30min by car!

Near Kaag Resort, there is a charming marina, a railway line, and an air traffic zone. Additionally, boats frequently navigate the nearby rivers and lakes, enhancing the picturesque character of the region. While the location offers beautiful views and convenient access to transportation, it may also come with some noise from passing trains, overhead airplanes, and watercraft traffic.

Gute Lage direkt im Hafen mit sehr schönem Ausblick (leider ohne Balkon bzw Möglichkeit draussen zu sitzen. Zeit zum Strand ist ca. 20min (egal ob mit Rad oder mit Auto). Viele Freizeitangebote in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung ist minimalistisch für eine Familie mit drei Kindern, sodass z.B. beim Geschirr nur 5 Teller vorhanden waren. Es fehlte eine Möglichkeit Strandsachen zu trocknen (Wäschegestell) - auch auf Nachfrage leider nicht zu bekommen

Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Tolle Wohnung mit super Ausblick aufs Wasser. Die Lage der Wohnung ist prima, man erreicht mit dem Auto super Amsterdam, Den Haag und Rotterdam. Allerdings könnte die Wohnung sauberer sein und einige Möbel sind schon sehr in Mitleidenschaft geraten. Diese könnten mal erneuert werden. Denn so fanden wir es jetzt kein „Luxus Resort“.

Great apartment and beautiful place

As part of an Interrail holiday, we stayed at Kaag Resort for 5 nights as a family of five. The apartment was really great, especially the large living area with integrated kitchen and nice big dining table. There was also a view directly onto the harbour. Warmond is also a very nice place with a great bathing area, park and playground. We rented a boat on the last day and enjoyed the view. On another evening, we went bowling in an equally fantastic bowling centre nearby. On two days we went to Amsterdam. On paper, it looked a bit complicated at first (bus to Leiden Centraal and from there with the many trains to Amsterdam), but in reality it was no problem at all.

Sehr angenehm und top Lage

Trotzdem Sofa und vor allem die Stühle dringend ausgetauscht werden müssen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, Matratzen sind sehr bequem und es ist ruhig und angenehm in der Wohnung. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind spitzenmäßig, besser geht’s nicht. Auch Check-in und Kommunikation waren perfekt, wir kommen gerne wieder!!
