Very clean and spacious apartment, loved the balcony! Great facilities and loved the location by the park, and within 10 minutes walk of the station and tram stops. 5 minutes walk to the parallel Theresiastraat with supermarkets, shops and lots of bars and cafes. Air conditioning was a much needed bonus! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment was immaculate and the balcony has view to the woodland. Don’t get confused (like I did) with ‘keys cafe’; as it’s not a place that serve ☕️ - but It’s a key locker which requires a set of code to open the locker. The building does not have a lift. Thank goodness that my carry on luggage wasn’t too heavy

The listing failed to state that an expensive cleaning fee would apply and we were advised of this by the hotel after the cancellation period had ended. This was challenged but the hotel continued to insist that it needed to be paid and that it was advised (despite it not being in the listing or the confirmation email). Hotels.com had to get involved via an escalated complaint. The check in experience was also poor as the keys were not in the lock safe. This was resolved. Despite this the apartment is very nice and convenient parking on site (for an extra charge)
