The hotel is really dated and the room smells awful. The airco is extremely loud and not very effective. I had a room next to the elevator which wakes you up at every elevator movement. The outdoor celebrations in the restaurants nearby are very loud (fun fact: the hotel provides earplugs...). The best thing in the hotel was the staff in the breakfast area. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, 2 stars max.

It was a bad hotel. The central exhaust system keeps you out of your sleep all night.there are stains on the floor and the bathroom is not clean. The decor of the room is quite dated. The name Paleishotel does not do justice to the quality

A small hotel with lots of atmosphere centrally placed in the old part of den Haag. Large, historical rooms nicely decorated. Good breakfast. Friendly, serviceminded staff. Carpark in the backyard, but you have to make reservations in beforehand. Next time in den Haag will be at Palau’s Hotel!

The hotel ist really near the castle and the pedestrian-zone. It is a very lovely hotel in the middle of the (almost) silent nightlife. If you want, you can go out of the hotel and in one of the 20 or 30 bars or restaurants within a distance of 100 meters. The staff in the hotel ist very friendly and gentle and jump through hoops to get your stay as a never forgetable one. loveley hotel as well as lovely city

Beautiful, clean and friendly hotel, well-placed and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast room and food were excellent. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting The Hague at any time of the year.

Nice hotel in great location, just a short stroll from Binnenhof and Mauritshuis in a picturesque pedestrianised area with lots of nice bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. We emailed in advance to advise we would be arriving an hour before check in - was not possible to check in early but they did let us leave our bags and took them up to our room. Room was lovely, very comfortable beds. Would stay here again.

if you want to be in the city center this is a great location. A very cozy hotel with a lot of character. it feels really if you in a palace. Unfortunately, the noise from other rooms is therefore also present and we were not very lucky with our neighbors.

Ideally located in the center of Den Haag virtually next to the King’s gardens . Our room was located in the back where the noise was no issue. In the room the hotel provided a cell phone with free calling and internet service , very useful. Walking distance from a lot of tourists attractions which the city is famous for . Four or five good restaurants steps from the hotel entrance and several small streets of other eating and drinking establishments . Turn right and down the street the best shopping street in the city the Noordeinde , which continues into the heart of Den Haags commercial section.

H The hotel is located near Paleis Noordeinde, end walking distance from Binnenhof and Mauritshuis. There are plenty, breakfastbars ,lunchplaces and other restaurants closeby. And plenty of bars, your room even be above one of the bars terraces. In summer it can be noisy but just do like we did, just join them on the street for a drink.Rooms are comfortable, bathroom is more than ok.We had a room with a fan, maybe one with airco would have been more comfortable. We had a lovely breakfast in the hotel.I would stay here again.

They're so Nice and helpfull you van ask anything, thé hotel itself is cozy, warm, intimite and quiet and art thé sme time in thé Middle of thé centre of thé city in small cute Streets nearby a lot of museums and other must see places, maybe thé only bad Point is that it is difficult and small to park your car but it's just a small thing and there are taxi's you van use
