Holiday Inn Express The Hague - Parliament3.0 out of 5.0

We stayed here for 3 nights to attend a friends wedding, the room was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities you could need for your stay. There was a good selection of continental food for breakfast every morning. Location is ideal as it's close to tram stops and various sites in the Hague so walking from this hotel is a breeze. The hotel also has underground parking, although the entrance to the car park is a bit of a squeeze and the spaces and layout of the carpark means maneuvering is a bit tight. We witnessed someone damage their car trying to get into the car park as the entrance is narrow and doesn't leave much room for error. The only minor issue I had at this hotel was in the iron room, where you can iron your own clothes, the irons were a bit cheap and leaked water all over my shirt, also there were some burnt bits on the iron so it made trying to get a crease free shirt a bit of an effort. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again as it's location was excellent, rooms clean and comfortable and good breakfast on offer.
About $104 USD w/Breakfast for 2. Paid 15 Euro for overnight parking. Convenient location for walking, good service staff, nice continental breakfast. A bit noisy at night if you have a low floor room on the front side.
We stayed for 3 nights. The location is perfect, in the middle of the center! The room was nice and clean. Really friendly and helpfull staff! The breakfast was really basic and you get tired of it after 3 days.
The Hotel looks small from the outside, but once you walk through the front door, it's a large, modern spacious Hotel with an inner courtyard. My room was very clean and quiet and I overlooked the courtyard. The staff were very nice. There are many Restaurants in the neighborhood, and the Hotel gave me discount cards for dining close by.
Arrived in The Hague by train and found the hotel very easily - just a 5 minute walk from central station. Really close to the binnenhof and a bustling square full of restaurants and nightlife. Tram stop to Delft, the peace palace or the beach only 3 mins from the front door. Tickets can be purchased from the hotel reception. Breakfast was included and was high quality. Special mention to the female staff member running the breakfast room - wonderfully efficient and kept everything running so smoothly without any intrusion at all. Worth her weight in gold. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Glass bathroom door made for an interesting time when travelling with friends. Lucky we are comfortable travelling together!
Reception: Very friendly and fast - we could have our rooms already at 11:00! Rooms: Spacious and clean. Due to location very near to open air bars, they provide ear plugs. Bar: A super friendly bar keeper who provides me with a late evening red wine and I forgot to tip him - please forward my kudos to him!) Breakfast: OK but not world class. Please think about a better coffee machine... Location: You just couldn't get any closer to the city center. Parking is, as everywhere in The Hague quite expensive... (30€/Night)
All you can expect from a holiday inn express, centrally located, clean rooms, nice staff, access to an off site gym (10€), parking. Free wifi.We had 3 good nights! Breakfast not so good! Prices not bad at all in comparison with other hotels in the area
In summer, staying at this hotel is a special treat because it is right next to Plein, with its terraces and lively atmosphere. The Hotel staff is efficient and practical We asked for a champagne bucket, and in no time reception produced the bucket, filled it with ice and off it went. It is an example of how no-nonsense can still be friendly with a human touch
This 'Express' format is just perfect. Ideal location in the centre of The Hague, no frills but comfortable rooms, pleasant staff and breakfast included, all at a very competitive price. We were delighted with the whole experience. And only a 7 minute walk with our bags to the Central Station. We would go there again.
Warm welcome on arrival as always. Service at reception and the bar was excellent from Louise, very professional and efficient. Made to feel very welcome. Comfy beds large clean rooms and a fantastic location to explore the city. Only a short tram ride to the beach. Highly recommend.
