Holiday Inn Express The Hague - Parliament3.0 out of 5.0

For my business I was a few days in The Hague for a biketour. You can find the hotel in the middle of the centre. Close to the bus or railway station. Inner Court & Hall of the Knight, Mauritshuis or the palace on walking distance. The accommodation is clean, personnel are friendly and the breakfast is great! Also Scheveningen or the Theater is close by. I will stay here again if I need to stay again in The Hague
We loved the Stay in the hotel. Everyone is very friendly! The breakfast is limited. Consider when you book that it is located in a Very noisy area. There is a lot of music each night until the early hours and then the garbage collectors Came by. So not much sleep. Also the parking is expensive for it's Quality . Small spaces and other Cars are constantly blocking others. The rooms are very clean and modern.
We choose this hotel mainly because of reviews considering breakfast. All went well, friendly staff, fast check in, quiet and comfortable room, good shower. Expecting a good breakfast, we were a little disappointed: long lines, no tables (due to holiday season, we had been warned for this by pamphlets at reception and in elevator ) but also an unimpressive breakfast, basic, nothing warm, old speckled bananas and the odd wrinkly apple. We mentioned it at check out, so I guess next time it will be better.
I stayed here earlier this month; just before the snow hit! But it was still freezing fog out and I had a very early start. Nonetheless my experience of staying here was very pleasant, professional and relaxing (even though I did not avail of the fitness facilities). The staff are very personable from the moment you arrive and my upgraded room in the executive was great (would wonder what size the ‘ordinary ‘ rooms are though) It has quite a Manhattan feel to it in terms of layout and space...not a bad thing just quite compact. Great dinner and very good breakfast combined to make this a very good stay and I will certainly be back.
We planned a weekend trip to The Hague to see some musea and the city centre. Because the hotel was very near eveything we choose the Holiday Inn. A friendly welcome at the reception and a smooth check-in proces. Nice room with queen bed and a inside view at the atrium. Next morning a basic breakfast of good quality. Very good value for the price.
The location of this hotel was awesome, next to the Plein with all its cafes and restuarants, right in the Centre of The Hague, a mere 100 meters from the parliament building. A great base to walk around the age old city centre. The hotel has conveniently its own parking in the basement, so comfortable and save to leave the car at the hotel. The front desk staff was nice and efficient and always helpfull. The rooms were fine, quite new and modern, with a good bed and great pillows. The breakfast spread was quite typical, but with different kinds of fresh bread and other stuff, it tasted all great and made you want to stay for more. A place to be recommended
So, stayed here for a night to attend meetings in The Hague. It's a modern, comfortable hotel close to the parliament buildings and near to a pleasant square with lots of places to eat and drink. It's walkable from the railway station (about 20 mins). Rooms are comfortable - standard Holiday Inn Express decor - with free and fast wi-fi (though I'd recommend using a VPN for added security). Many of the rooms overlook an indoor area where breakfast is served. An interesting design, and the whole hotel is more spacious than it looks from the outside. Staff are friendly, and I'd certainly stay here again.
I stayed on business for 5 nights and had no complaints whatsoever and will definitely return. Easy to find and right in the centre of all you need for work, food and shops. Check in was very professional and quick. My room on the 3rd floor overlooked the garden so was very quiet thankfully. i heard no other guest noise either. The room seemed recently refurbished as it was very clean and moden with everthing you need, inlcuding tea and coffee making facilities. The room temp was easy to control but would have liked the window to open a little further for some fresh air. The room was a good size, the bed comfy and the bathroom luxurious. Breakfast was basic as expected on the continent but enough for anyone to find some prefence im sure. I didnt use the bar, there are no lunch or evening meal facilities, although you can order in a pizza and there is a smalll snack and drinks fridge in reception - i used neither.
A good service hotel that offers very good value for money. Right in the city center. New interior, modern look, large lobby and restaurants. Friendly staff. Parking at 0 or 2 min walking. Count on 39 Euro a day for parking.rooms are compact but have relatively big and good bathroom. Very good free WiFi.
The hotel is very well located. Staff is friendly and the rooms nice. Some basic things are missing like a safe. I stayed there twice in one week. The first time I was given a room with a bathroom adapted for handicapped people which gave a bit of a weird feeling. Breakfast is ok but not great; there are no hot items and mostly a truly continental breakfast. I would stay there again if the price was right.
