Holiday Inn Express The Hague - Parliament

I recently was in The Hague for an evening meeting and stayed overnight at this hotel, which was known to me from previous similar occasions. This isn't a luxury hotel but it is very conveniently located, within easy walking distance of a train station like Den Haag-Centraal. Like on the previous occasions I stayed here I was pleased with my choice. Compared to the luxury hotels i usually prefer for longer stays this is pretty basic, but the (small) rooms are modern and well-maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. My only point of criticism would be that I found the breakfast buffet a bit limited. A tip if you're staying here and have a bit of time to spare: the Mauritshuis museum - with a very fine collection of paintings - is only a few minutes away.

Bonjour, this hotel was awesome and will stay there again when i am back. The service was outstanding. The room were clean nice little bar in the lobby. The check out were done quickly and when i was checking out the first question they ask me was if i needed a cab so by the time i was walking out my taxi was there.

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend trip to The Hague. As many have said, the location is absolutely fantastic, however its proximity to The Plein and the many bars and nightclubs does mean that the noise level at night is pretty high. Perhaps the music can’t be heard as well in some rooms but in ours it was a problem. The room was as advertised and was very clean. The bathroom was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Good WiFi. The breakfast was good. Parking in their garage is expensive (24€) (also be aware it’s pretty tight getting in and out in a big car). Good stay overall but the noise was problematic.

Do not stay here if you want to sleep. It is 1230 am on a Thursday and I cannot block out the thump thump thump of the club next door despite ear plugs in my ears. Apparently this will go on until 4am. Hotel is otherwise fine, but not worth it if you don’t get to sleep!

's Myself and my husband stayed at the holiday Inn Express for six nights recently We originally planned to stay for three nights but with the beast from the east hitting Ireland our stay had to be extended We found all the staff to be extremely kind printing new boarding passes ect Hotel was spotless and breakfast was good Would highly recommend this hotel

Rooms are basic, as you'd expect from a HIX, but immaculate and very clean. Staff was very friendly and professional and made you feel welcome on arrival. Breakfast was ok - not great but not bad either - but the seating area for it was very very crowded as if they've got too many rooms for the size of the restaurant. The best thing however is the location, you almost can't get any closer to the city centre without staying in the actual parliament building. The Plein just down the road also has plenty of nice cafe's/bars with outside seating. Overall it's a very good HIX.

The hotel is conveniently located and is at walking distance from the parliament. The city center is just round the corner and the train station is just a 10 min walk away. The hotel has a no. of restaurants and bars less than a minutes's away making it a very convenient stay. The rooms are clean and quiet and the staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good.

This hotel really is excellent ,mainly because of the staff and they say it's run. Rooms are immaculate ,everything works and breakfast is fine . Check in is best I've had in years and they really will do what they can to make your stay as good as possible . Position is a bonus too. Central for everything

The location in The Hague city center is very convenient, everything is close by, the hotel staff are very friendly and spoke good English, excellent food and price wise compared to other hotels in The Hague, holiday Inn was a bit cheaper.

Great location! Shops, bars and restaurants are Just around the corner. Furthermore very close to the Houses of Parliament (about 150 metres), the worldfamous Mauritshuis Museum (about 200 metres), Railway Station (about 10 minutes walk), etc. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean and Well maintained hotel for very acceptable rates.
