Quiet 2 bedroom house with beautiful relaxing Balinese-style verandas. Only 10-minute walk to Terrigal Lagoon, and 20-minute walk to Terrigal Beach/Haven, and shops. Terrigal Lagoon ideal for children- stand-up paddle board and kayaking. Beach for surfing and swimming. Many cafes and restaurants to choose from at Terrigal!
Great home for couples, families, or friends who agree to keep outside noise to a minimum in consideration of neighbors.
Both bedrooms fitted with ceiling fans and blackout curtains just perfect for a good night sleep.
The living room features two 2-seater lounges, a large TV, high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, and access to the front and back verandas. Children's books and puzzles are also provided. Also, work area with monitor, keyboard and printer.
Fully equipped Kitchen features gas stove top/electric oven, microwave, and coffee machine/pods, kettle, and selection of teas.
Relaxing back veranda with lounges, dining area, and baby weber BBQ. The front veranda has Balinese day bed overlooking a nature reserve. However, the front veranda doesn't have child-proof railings - not suitable for infants crawling or toddlers. The outdoor Spa is next to the front veranda.
