Noisy location. Basic for the price.

Not great. A very basic, unloved apartment for the price. Faces onto the back of a car park and a bowling club, meaning it was noisy in the evenings and at night. Dusty, sandy and had hairballs - really in need of a thorough clean. The couch was unpleasant and heavily stained. Lacked basics like hand soap, enough towels. The whole place was subpar and the presentation and cleanliness felt rushed and uncared for - an empty box of tissues left in the bathroom, broken toilet roll holders (held together with an elastic-bands). There are clear signs of maintainence required.

Just right

The property was spacious, clean and well located, with secure parking and elevator access from the car park. BBQ on the terrace although we didn’t use it. Everything was comfortable (bed was great) with most everything needed for a short break. Two bedside lamps were missing globes but not the end of the world. Would definitely stay here again
