Spacious and modern apartment with air conditioning in each bed room and the living room. It is located 3 blocks from downtown Tepic. Very safe area.
Nuestro lugar fue remodelada recientemente. Es espaciosa y moderna. Tiene aire acondicionado en cada recamara y en la sala. Esta localizada a 3 cuadras del centro de Tepic. Area muy segura.
The Space:
Casa remodelada planta alta. Con muebles modernos y muy comodos. Cuenta con cocina con refrigerador, mircrondas, fregadero, y sets completos de platos, cubiertos y vasos. (Nuestra casa no tiene estufa)
We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees.
Guest Access:
La casa tiene cancel y patio particular que se comparte con otra casa en la planta baja. Tiene acesso privado a la planta alta. La casa tiene candado digital para poder aprovechar auto check in.
