Very good accommodation with friendly and nice staff. Also good food and the al-la-cart italian restaurant is the best! The room was small but ok for two people. You can book a sea side room for extra fee. There is also the club. But this wasn't expland to use when we arrived. To bad that we did not get an explanation about the extra exclusive side of the resort. Overall a very nice and beautifull hotel.

The Hotel is beautiful and an oasis in the middle of a pretty tasteless area of Tenerife. The building stands out for its lovely architectural style around other hotels of 60/70’s build. The interior is clean and there are a numerous choices of bars/restaurants and pool areas to spend your time. There were a couple of issues meaning I’m not scoring it higher all of a minor nature but frustrating as the small touches let it down. Firstly there was an official opening party of the hotel in the middle of the week which I assume partners of the business were invited too. The guests were not warned about this (we weren’t anyway) and certain bar areas were closed on that day and evening. This is fine but the whole afternoon setting up the guests were not a priority and we felt awkward asking for service. We were also refused service at the bar as they were too busy. It felt ironic they were trying to show the hotel off but forgot about the guests. Further to this the following day there were still remnants of the party from the night before scattered around the hotel until the afternoon. For example the beach bar was closed and las Rocas restaurant where we had booked a table for my mother in laws 60th was still in the process of being cleared of chairs until 1330. This should have been done prior to service the following day as the restaurant/bar also sacrificed half a days service that day which was strange. This was by far the biggest annoyance of the trip and would have scored higher had this not occurred. That said after they had finally sorted it out the service and food were fantastic and the setting absolutely beautiful. There were also other small service issues including slow clear up in restaurants and that you can only get towels from the pool in the hotel and not the pool on the sea front. Pretty minor but a small touches that could be improved. Also the replacement of tea/coffee etc in the room was slow. Finally, we upgraded to a club room which is a great service which offers drinks and snacks included throughout the visit. You also get other perks throughout the week. The area is great but it was noted how good the spread of snacks and drinks was on the night of the opening party when the investors were being shown around but the rest of the week the supplies got low at times. There was also some ambiguity of what was included as club - half way through the week it was decided without warning that booking the Bali beds was no longer offered. Not a big deal but also felt a bit disorganised. We certainly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful, the breakfast has a great choice and all the reception and staff working at the hotel are very friendly and helpful! The restaurant food was excellent and the staff and waiters so attentive - particularly at the Steak restaurant. Also for a big hotel that was at near full capacity it never felt busy except around the pool where you do get the standard towels on sun beds. This never made sense to me as I don’t know why someone would think a hotel issued towel secures a sun-bed. Not being a sunbather this didn’t bother me but may some. Overall really enjoyed our stay but a couple of issues left slightly soured memories.

We booked this hotel at the end of our holiday for two nights but only ever planned to stay for one as we had a late flight home on the second day. We only wish we could have stayed longer! The room was stylishly decorated and the beds really comfortable. The bathroom was huge and there were plenty of lovely toiletries to use. There was a well stocked mini bar and free espresso coffee maker to use. The balcony was very pleasant. We used the pool closest to the hotel as it was heated, but the pool at the Beach club/Las Rocas looked great with beautiful views (just a little chilly to use in April) The location of this hotel is perfect being within walking distance of beaches, bars and restaurants, but also being quiet enough should you wish to just relax. We were so impressed with the breakfast offering and loved the violinist who welcomed us. The whole hotel is stunning and very well maintained. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel in a good location overlooking the sea. The nicest hotel I have stayed in compared to previous visits to Tenerife. The breakfasts are amazing with every possible choice you could wish for in nice surroundings. There is a tranquil/sophisticated atmosphere to the hotel which is very relaxing. More suitable to couples/adults rather than families with children in my opinion. The only negative for me is that the cost of drinks is too high which means the bars are very quiet as most people would appear to use the cheaper options available outside. If the prices are not to be reduced perhaps a ' happy hour ' could be introduced early evenings. A perfect hotel for a special celebration or romantic getaway.

This was my first trip to Tenerife and I was not disappointed. The hotel is stunning. The staff treat you like VIPs and and the glass of fizz on arrival was a lovely touch. We dealt with a charming gentleman on reception, - Jhunaton Felix -sorry if the spelling isn't quite right-he wrote his name down for me but I struggled to read it clearly. Anyway he was so helpful both checking us in and out and when our booked transfer failed to arrive, he speedily arranged a taxi for us. The breakfast us amazing with every type of food you could possibly want. There's a great guy making the omelettes-very funny! The hotel was spotlesss and poolside, they hasp a great operation for monitoring the sun beds it meant that if people failed to come back to their beds after 1 hour, the beds were given to someone else. I wish more hotels would follow that idea! The furnishings are beautiful everywhere and there are especially fab bathrooms. In summary, a beautiful hotel, enhanced by first class customer service. What's not to like?

Lovely location, expensive but worth paying extra for facilities and service. Well positioned half way along this popular holiday strip. Nice a quiet but within walking distance of the lively Los Americas and the quieter parts to the West.

Gorgeous hotel ! Amazing interior design, furnitures and exterior decoration ! The bedrooms and the terraces are beautiful ! Perfect renovation ! The staff is very kind and the restaurants are amazing too !

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at the Jardin Tropical in February. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The only drawback was a lack of tea and coffee making facilities but apart from that it was superb. The breakfast (only meal we had at the hotel) was something else! I have never had a chocolate fountain and all the trimmings available for breakfast! There was nothing I could think of which could be added to the breakfast offering and it was all the nicer to be served by happy, friendly, polite staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It is a Fabulous property with stunning views and excellent food. It is in a perfection location overlooking the sea. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Hotel Jardin Tropical is truly charming and I can warmly recommend this hotel. It has the most beautiful surroundings and is like a small oasis, hidden from the more noisy beaches. The hotel is architecturally beautiful, it's newly redecorated and it has many small, secret and quiet spots. This hotel, Jardin Tropical, has the best and most extraordinary terrasse by the sea, called Las Rocas, where you can enjoy a freshly pressed orange juice, enjoying the sun and an astonishing view over the Atlantic ocean. The food at Jardin Tropical is of a very high standard, the breakfast is marvellous as well as the buffet dinner, but the best meal we had there, was at Las Rocas. My warmest recommendations.
