Paper thin walls with lots of late night partying. So bad my husband got up at 3 am to sleep in the car.

Kind of hard to navigate through. Rooms were drab. Gaps in the door to the room meant hearing everyone walk by, every conversation, etc. Shower nozzle leaked like crazy.

The young man that checked me in at 2AM-ish was pleasant and kind.

The room we stayed in was dirty. There was no room number to our door, the painting was falling off... just wasn't as nice as it looks in the pictures.

noise level of guests, rooms not quiet enough, could hear people in their rooms, down the hall and on upper floors, very nosy, interupted sleep

Basic hotel, but the hotel did have a weird smell to it, almost like a nursing home. Also, when we checked out, the front dssk staff was acting like we were inconveniencing her. She was a little rude.

Nice Bar and small Casino to enjoy for the stay. Good food and Breakfast for the morning.

Not worth it low budget... need to put water in the pool....I pass on the stay here even if it was free.

This hotel was a bit of a disappointment. We booked it for one night for a Tough Mudder event and it was basically just a place to crash for a night - it served its purpose. Our room was in the main building, it was very old and had some wear and tear. Old dirty carpet, dresser was missing a handle, the bathroom was VERY old with a rusty toilet, and weird bathroom set up. It wasn’t super clean either, and mix that with everything being outdated and old, it wasn’t very appealing. It’s one those stays where you walk in and just tell yourself “it’s just for one night”. They also asked for a 75$ deposit at check-in on top of the reservation, that came out of left field. You get your moneys worth. It’s cheap, a place to crash for a night and move on. But if you add in the deposit, might as well put that $ towards a nicer stay.

However there was someone driving around all night making it feel safer.

for the money charged the hotel should give a better breakfast, cheaper hotels have much better breakfast than this one.

The hotel is dirty and they lack in customer service. Chunks of gooey stuff on bathroom floors, chair so dirty it transferred to a towel put on chair, main area carpets are matted down with fresh and old stains, large gap under room door (approx 2 1/2 inches), under construction with marker writing and scribbles on room doors, the breakfast area is a table pushed against the wall next to the front desk, and an overwhelming smell of stale and fresh cigerrette smoke (in non-smoking rooms and halls). The hotel staff did not acknowledge or greet any guests that were passing or waiting at desk for service. When I arrived to check in the representative was chatting with a co worker so she just turned and looked at us (did not greet or ask what I was there for). They attempted to put a hold on my credit card for almost twice the pre paid cost for the room. We were told this was a new rule that they hold the full cost of the room for all nights on top of what was already paid. The price of the room was low however it was too high for the quality of the location. For a couple dollars more a night there are nice hotels near by that I have stayed at in the past. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Don't be fooled by the picture of the swimming pool. The hotel is under construction, aged, and looks like a dungeon. The staff spend more time on their cell phones than hosting. There is a poker casino on one end of the hotel that is seedy, and is also very aged. I know they are trying to upgrade, but they should post this information. The television remote didn't work. We hated this hotel. It is a cement block prison.

I expected a below average hotel based on what I paid and that's what I got. The room was nothing like the photos online and was just ok. They did have a BBQ for hotel guests on the 4th which was nice. The maid service was horrible. Some days they never came at all and other days they would come and take the garbage and dirty towels and not even leave us clean ones. The girl that checked us in was rude and not welcoming at all. There were a few people that were somewhat friendly but most of the staff could use some customer service training.

Good location to stay overnight. Asked for a non-smoking room and was checked into a smoking room. Staff kindly switched us to the correct room. The tv was the only updated thing and it didnt even work.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay, It sounds like my staff forgot to inform you that our upper pool is under renovation, so you would have to use the pool located at the lower building. I hope you will give us another try in the future.

I would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations on your recent stay. The deposit is basically a hold and then when you check out it is released I am sorry you were caught of guard with the deposit as it should state on all 3rd party websites that additional security deposit required. We will be renovating in the near future and hope you will give us another chance.
