This well appointed 2 bedroom/2.5 bath is conveniently located near chair 7, skiing, hiking, and all that Telluride offers. 1 complimentary parking space included.

Enter the spacious living/dining area, complete with floor to ceiling windows, a full sized private deck with views of the surrounding mountains, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining area with seating for 4. The living area contains a gas fireplace, flatscreen smart TV, and a comfortable seating area for socializing and relaxing. There is a half bath off the entrance of the condo.

The lower level contains two separate bedroom suites. The master suite is garden level and enjoys a king bed, 50" smart TV, and attached full bath with oversized glass and tile shower. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed and a twin daybed. The attached bath has a shower/tub combo.

Air conditioning would have been nice. Beds and pillows were not comfortable.We got there after dark and with the construction that was going on, it was not easy to find the unit.Also, it would have been helpful to let us know where to deposit the trash when we left. We ended up having to ask someone where to put it.

Check-in was easy. We received the door code and other info by email and text. The kitchen was well stocked with a good variety of dishes, utensils, and appliances. The refrigerator had a cold drinking water dispenser which was very useful.
Kitchen area was bright and cheerful.
Everything was clean and worked well.
Leather couch and loveseat were comfortable and well placed for watching TV.
The master bedroom was strategically placed on the lowest floor where it stayed cool for sleeping.
The master bath was lovely and the shower was delightful—great water pressure.

Can't beat the location! Across the parking lot from Lift 7 and in close proximity to restaurants I'm a repeat customer at this facility. This Condo was clean and very roomy for me. Had a well-stocked kitchen for whipping up snacks or meals if you want.

Great location! Very clean and comfortable! Friendly staff.

Pricey but very convenient to lifts, grocery, downtown and plenty of restaurants! The path along the nearby creek was beautiful And short hike to gondola. Property was small but cozy and perfect for 2-4 people. The bathroom entrance is through bedroom so best for families. Office stored luggage so we could ski after checkout Which was great! Would have been nice to have public restroom available at office/lobby.

Good location at the edge of downtown, walkable to everything, including to the Gondola along the river path. #106 is quiet, has a large bathroom and kitchen, the large parking lot is on the other side, and the building is closest to the hot tub.

Location was excellent. Great walk down the river trail to Town Park venue. Colors were poppin', which didn't hurt one bit. Close to grocery. Short walk to downtown. Property was clean and as expected. Wish hot tub was open later but still nice to have. Would stay again.
