The Hotel Telluride is a perfect place to stay, it’s comfortable, quaint and easy access when arriving in town.

I didn't like that I only found out we were charged for parking ($60 for three nights) when we checked out.

Property has a good ambiance, and a nice lobby. Rooms are nice too. Each has a little balcony however very very close to the balcony beside you. Room is a good size (superior king). I will not book again however as the front desk staff offered very very poor service. We were put in the wrong room then told if you book through the superior room on orbitz you actually get a basic room, which is nonsense. We have two small children and could not fit in their basic room and they said ‘oh don’t worry we’ll make them a pallet bed on the floor’. They said they could do nothing further and check back the next morning to see if we could get another room. However, soon after they transferred us to the room we actually paid for. Not a good experience. At checkout the lady couldn’t even operate the computer and said she would ‘just try later’. Stay somewhere else.

Property was alright. Walking distance to main area of Telluride. Telluride doesn't seem to have many hotel options. Paid parking available - garage a little difficult to get in and out. We were supposed to be offered an Orbitz amenity. Didn't receive anything or receive any acknowledgement. If you have a pet, they do allow pets and seem welcoming toward them, but the hotel grounds aren't very large so there aren't a lot of areas to take your dog out in the middle of the night.

Hotel Telluride is a great central location in the small town of Telluride just off main street where all the stores and restaurants are located. It is just 1/2 block from the grocery store. The rooms are well equipped with a refrigerator and microwave so you can eat breakfast and lunch readily in the room or on the small balcony. Our only complaint is that the walls seem thin as we could hear phone conversations and the television noise from adjacent rooms. The small restaurant was not open during our stay (shoulder season and Covid restrictions).

Traveled during the off season (early April). The hotel is in a convenient location and the room was spacious and bright. The staff are friendly as well. However, because of the timing, many amenities aren’t available, including the Orbitz VIP access drink and pet bonuses (their website touts “homemade organic pet treats”).

Linens were luxurious. Balcony off bedroom is a nice touch, but when you’re not allowed to have an alcoholic beverage on it, it becomes obsolete. Insulation is non-existent...we were kept awake most of the night with people walking and tv turned on. Disappointed with parking fee after paying a healthy room price.

Very nice place with helpful staff, close walk to downtown.

The location was fine, everything seemed cramped, the staff seemed burnt out, didn't seem at the ready to welcome us, and peeved when we reported a broken lamp in the room. We got the impression they were riding on reputation and location, not on providing service.

Absolutely fell in love with this property. Very cozy, warm.. stylish& welcoming

The hotel advertises that all/most rooms have a fireplace, a sitting area, ipod docking stations, homemade dog treats, but this is not the case and was disappointed to find our room did not have these amenities. I loved the fireplace in the lobby and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would consider staying again only because of the 2 staff members at the front desk and the hotel is dog friendly

For the room rate, we should have been able to park at the hotel - even pay for it. Not be told it is full and go find a spot on the street when thete is a festival in town. They were vacuuming and mopping the lobby at 8AM when everyone was trying to check out.

Large rooms, comfortable beds, close to downtown, helpful staff

Third place in three years to Telluride. Nice, clean hotel. Lobby is warm and inviting, very European. A great place to gather and meet other guests. Rooms are comfortable, but bathrooms are nice if not a bit underwhelming. Staff is great. The drivers are friendly and informative. The included breakfast was great and a nice surprise. Great stay, and will definitely consider it next year. Thank you Hotel Telluride.

Gorgeous & inviting hotel. A very pleasant stay except that our room was located on the back of the hotel which sits adjacent to a school. There were screaming teenage children that were an annoyance that took away from the otherwise serene and peaceful location. Loved being within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and downtown.

Thank You for choosing to stay at The Hotel Telluride. We apologize that we were not able to offer these specific amenities due to it being off season. We have two off season times here that the Gondola closes as well as many of the services, amenities and Restaurants in Telluride. These are the first Sunday in April until right before Memorial Weekend and again Mid-October until close to Thanksgiving. We always have the information listed on our site. We hope you will come again during a time when everything is open and enjoy Telluride to its fullest potential.

Thank You for staying with us and for taking the time to provide feedback from your stay. We are in the process of modifying our alcohol policies that are tied to our liquor license and local restrictions. We hope to see you again should your travels bring you to Telluride. Thank You
