Sunnyside Living, One Block off Colorado Avenue Downtown Telluride
This inviting townhome is located in the historic Miner's Union district on the Sunnyside of Colorado Avenue (Main Street Telluride). Enjoy a comfortable and convenient sanctuary with easy access to all that Telluride has to offer. Three spacious bedrooms can accommodate seven guests. Each bedroom is comfortably appointed and has a private bathroom and TV. The main level has a well appointed kitchen, large dining table, and comfortable living room with TV and fireplace. A desk and powder room round out this comfortable gathering space. It is a short walk to Colorado Avenue, Telluride's main street and gathering place, the Gondola and ski lifts or a few short blocks away, plus the Town Park for Festivals and other activities is to the east.
Each of the Tres Casas townhomes are similar in layout and level of quality. This one (Unit A) shares a front porch with Unit A and makes a great hub when rented in combination with either or both, Unit A (next door) and Unit C (around the corner).
The Main Level of this townhouse has a comfortable living area with a TV and Fireplace. Large windows look out onto Ajax Peak. The well appointed kitchen and large dining table are also on this level offering an inviting space to gather the group.
Upstairs is the spacious Master Suite which occupies the entire top level of this home. This cozy retreat is perhaps the finest feature of this home as the lucky couple here can enjoy a very spacious bedroom, sitting area, office space complimented by a large bathroom with a steam shower and and bathtub, a double vanity, and walk in closet.
Downstairs are the other two bedrooms. The Guest room has a queen bed and private bathroom. The Bunk room has a "captain's bunk" with a twin up top and a full size bed below. The bunk room also has a private bathroom.
A laundry room and separate ski entry on this lower level round out the many comfortable and convenient features of this home. A shared Hot Tub and driveway parking are around the corner, limited on street parking is available by permit also.

Fantastic property
This property could not be better located, just steps from the main street in town and walkable to the gondola. We rented two of the three bedroom townhomes, which were side-by-side, to hold our entire family. This location is close to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and stores so it was perfect for our family and easy for different family members to do different activities. We were glad we stayed in the town and not in the Mountain Village. Each townhome is high quality construction and very conducive to great family time.
