Location, Location, Location

This house is within walking distance to everything! There is also an amazing view of the mountains out the living room window that looks like a picture. Place is nicer than the pictures actually show. The company was great responding to questions. After we arrived I received a text message from someone local who was able to provide restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

Off road trip to the San Juan Mountains

Check in was easy, the property is in a good location, and was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy with one spot off the alley and one on the street. The location is very walkable. Unfortunately the online description listed two king beds, but one was only a queen, and the fireplace did not work. However, management was responsive and stated they would change the unit description on the web site, and they sent someone over to look at the fireplace (which unfortunately was not able to be fixed while we were there - something that should have been taken care of before our arrival). That being said, overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Telluride Bliss

Hruza Hideout is a fantastic place to stay. You are right in the thick of things experience wise, town wise, activity wise and everything wise. And the house i just spectacular. What a kitchen, living area and great two bedrooms. The communication with everyone was beyond my wildest expectations. This is a gem!!! Mitch

The Hideout is as advertised. The location can not be beat. Everything is a short walk - the market, gondola and Town Park.

Great Unit and location

The flat was clean and well stocked. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. It is on the second floor with bedrooms one more flight up - something to consider if you have any mobility issues. The king bed mattress and couch cushions are in need of replacement, but do not diminish the overall quality of the property.

Great space, amazing location, everything we needed for a mountain getaway!

This was our first visit to Telluride in the summer and it was amazing! The cool mountain nights were just the respite we needed, and the daytime activities were fantastic. The location right in the heart of town made for the perfect base camp for all of our adventures, even just walking down Main Street or going to dinner was so convenient we didn’t start our car throughout the entire stay. The house itself was just what we needed. Two private bedrooms with their own baths upstairs, plus great family common areas with a half bath downstairs. Even with the windows open all night to let the cool air in it was quiet and relaxing.

Good location

Nice property - location and decor. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of plush towels. Pretty kitchen with like-new appliances was oddly equipped. No full set of drinking glasses or wine glasses. No serving bowls. No crockpot. We were disappointed and surprised that there is no ski storage. The property managers were very responsive to our questions. Snaffu with entry keys initially, but quickly corrected. Parking driveway was tight, full of snow & ice and the neighbor's garage had major Ice dams that as they broke loose would have damaged our vehicle. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Great stay, terrific location.

This property is well maintained, amply stocked, very clean and very well located. The gondola, shops, restaurants were all in a 5 to 10 minute walk. Checkout was as simple as turning off the lights. The property manager was very accessible although we had no issues just a couple questions.

Great stay, perfect location

This condo was perfect for two couples traveling together. Very nice common space, two big bedrooms with separate baths, and easy walking to everything in beautiful Telluride. Highly recommend.

This homebase made our trip!

You can tell this is professionally managed. The layout is absolutely great, felt very spacious after staying in hotels the rest of our trip. The living room was super comfortable watching the Olympics. The kitchen is great. The rooms, the beds, the bathrooms, all great. The location is really easy to get everywhere with a short walk (the gondola, downtown restaurants and shopping, the market and bakery, etc). We booked late and there was very little available and this was the cheapest option so honestly had low expectations but couldn't have been more happy. It really made for a special stay in a beautiful town our family will remember forever. Highly recommend.

Lovely unit

Very comfortable and we enjoyed the quality of the unit, there were a lot of stairs and we had to be very cautious with trips up and down to the bedrooms and outside. There was some confusion with the guest manual and we had to call about the television and fireplace since the manual didn’t have the info but we enjoyed it very much. Location great

Great apartment in Telluride

Great location with easy access to shopping, dining and the gondola. Very comfortable bedrooms and living areas. Well supplied kitchen. Good views of the mountains. Staff at management office very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend and would stay there again. Note - need to climb stairs to get into the apartment and another set to get to bedrooms. .
