We stayed in Unit one zero three , so this review is specific to that unit. The location of The Ice House condos is excellent—everything is walkable within just a few minutes, which made getting around very convenient. However, the unit itself could really use an update. The furniture feels dated, many of the wall art pieces appear to be from the 1980s or 1990s, and the balcony chairs are inexpensive plastic ones you might find at a dollar store. Unfortunately, there was also no table on the balcony, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the space—nowhere to even set down a drink. Also worth noting: there is no view from the balcony—just a view of trash bins and the backs of neighboring units. On a positive note, housekeeping was excellent. The unit was very clean and quiet. The bathrooms and kitchen were in good shape, with everything working as expected. I would consider Ice House again for a stay but would want a different unit.

Fantastic stay as always. Staff are wonderful and location can’t be beat. Parking is covered and large enough for full size suvs. One note is that not all kitchens have an oven (but they do have everything else you would need such as microwave, cooktop, Keurig, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher). Love this place.

I had a hard time getting in touch with the property before checkin as they did not answer my emails and the phone number on their website is no longer a working number. They offered us a new number only after check in. Microwave, oven and stove were not easy to use. A very small kitchen more of a kitchenette. Staff was friendly and the location is very good.
