Cozy studio condo with queen bed, kitchenette, and private outdoor deck. This condo offers a perfect getaway for a single traveler, couple, or small family. The bedroom area, separated by a wall from the living area for privacy (but does not have a door), features a queen bed and the living area provides a sleeper sofa for a secondary sleeping space. The Kitchenette includes full size fridge/freezer, 2-burner hot plate, sink, coffee maker and microwave, along with counter and cupboard space for simple in-home meal preparations (please note: no oven). The living area also enjoys a 2-person bistro table and flat screen TV. The private deck opens off the living area. There is an interior building entrance to the condo where you will conveniently find the private ski locker. The condo enjoys a full bath with tub/shower combo. Located in a quiet residential area only a few blocks from the main business district, 1 block to Clark's Market grocery store, & 3 blocks to Lift 7 for skiing, it doesn't get more peaceful yet convenient than this. 1 off street parking permit for the condo-adjacent parking lot, private wifi network, and on-site coin operated laundry complete the convenience of this functional and comfortable space.
