Cozy studio condo with queen bed, kitchen, private outdoor deck, and access to hot tub offers unbeatable convenience. Located only a few blocks from restaurants and shopping; 2 blocks to Clark's Market grocery store, & 5 minutes walk to Lift 7 for skiing. The bedroom area, separated by a wall from the living area for privacy, features a queen bed and the living area provides a sleeper sofa for a secondary sleeping space. The Kitchen includes full size fridge/freezer, 2-burner hot plate, sink, coffee maker and microwave, along with counter and cupboard space for simple in-home meal preparations. The living area also enjoys a 2-person bistro table and flat screen TV. The private deck opens off the living area. There is an interior building entrance to the condo where you will conveniently find the private ski locker, it doesn't get more convenient than this. 1 off street parking permit for the condo-adjacent parking lot is included, private wifi network, and on-site coin operated laundry complete the convenience of this functional and comfortable space.
