So much potential

This place has a location that is hard to improve. You can walk easily to everything you want. The building is a little old and unattended. The apartment itself is big and we’ll distributed. But everything is badly taken care. From small things like the washing machine soap dispenser being dirty, the drain in one bathroom being broken, badly washed cutlery, and others, it’s such a different thing that what I saw in the pictures.
