Highly recommended for those who are looking for the best service and luxury experience. The building it has been amazingly restored and converted into and hotel. The views are astonishing towards the city of Tel Aviv. Service is excellent. Highly recommended.

If you go to Tel Aviv - Jaffa, you are crazy not to stay at The Satai. Go there you will see what I mean. The service, and atmosphere, are the best!!!!! Perfect location as well. Great food. Fabulous pool. If you travel well stay at this great boutique hotel.

Visited the Setai hotel in Tel Aviv early August with my family. The hotel is stunning and the pool area on the 4th floor is a selfie dream overlooking the beautiful bay. The staff are attentive and always on hand. The hotel manager and Alex were exceptional hosts and can’t wait to visit again. 5*****

Just go - upgrade your booking and get the exclusive free bar and food area on 4th floor it is worth it - the views are stunning and Jaffa is a great place to come - the sea is right at your feet and you can hear it all day and night - the service is again, brilliant - I couldn’t fault it. The pool area overlooks the port and sea and its superb - I have loved my stay here and will absolutely come back when I next visit - upset to have to go to the Arcadia in hertzlia which is ridiculously over priced and not a match on this place .

I have been bringing VIPs and US celebrities to Israel for many years. I am always looking for the most impressive locations to host them. I can not take chances on hotels. It needs to be perfect. Finally I have found a location that suits me and my clientele. I am in love and I never want to leave the Setai Tel Aviv! I am picky for myself and my clients and do not settle... especially when hosting people in Israel. I love the Setai and never want to stay anywhere else! The staff was great. The service was on point! The food was great... I'm a sushi lover and they have it down. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful! I love the energy and each area in the hotel is special. One of my favorite hotels in the world. I held all my meetings and social gatherings there and everyone was impressed! I had several friends and clients in Israel who tried to cancel their other stays and make the move over. For myself, I just booked a regular room with a balcony.... which overlooked the pool and the Mediterranean Sea. It doesn't get better than this! The photos are gorgeous. This place is truly special. I know this sounds exaggerated.... but I am never this impressed so I needed to share. I have been posting pics on Instagram constantly... so if you search on there you will see the photos and how great this place is! Customer service is so important and everyone that worked at the hotel was lovely. This is not usual. From the front desk staff, manager, GM, sales, dining staff, spa, personnel at the pool, ... even the chef was charming! No place like it! I find myself rushing back to the hotel to get to the rooftop or my balcony in time for the sunset. The energy and atmosphere they created here is something I cherish. My biggest problem.... what will I do if I am ever planning a visit and they are sold out! Yikes!

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. It is designed so beautifully, every nook had charm and the energy was so peaceful and exhilarating at the same time. Top notch service. It was obvious from the start this is a service oriented hotel. Many happy and smiling employees waiting to greet and assist you, all the time, everywhere. The room was beautiful, modern, all the comforts and beyond. The pillow menu was a nice touch. We typically stay on the other side of Tel Aviv, so Jaffa was a new experience. Did not disappoint! Great streets, shops, food and the view of the water from the hotel pool was something special. The food was great. Our new first choice for Tel-Aviv hotels!

We just came back from Tel Aviv and we stayed 3 nights at the new Setai Tel Aviv hotel. The building is an old ottoman jail and now a 5 stars hotel. Great to have aqua di Parma amenities in the room. Excellent buffet breakfast in the patio and great pool even if it’s a small one. Great staff at the reception and thanks to Jonathan concierge and Bissan for their check in. Great restaurant recommendation from Alex one of the Manager. Professional guy. Will comeback next year ! A place to recommend in Jaffa

The hotel rooms, property location and pool deck were spectacular. The building is historic and the owners did a fantastic job of preserving the history while adding all the modern amenities. The front desk staff was exceptional. I arrived at 5am and the young women with dark curly hair and Prada eye glasses went out of her way to tour the property for me, ensure I had a satisfactory view in my room, and understood the neighborhood. She was sure to introduce me to her supervisor when she arrived later in the day if I needed anything. The General Manager Yaniv Adivi was at breakfast each day greeting guests and inquiring how we were enjoying our stay. He gave us his card which is how I got his name. Staying at this property for 5 days was the best decision for my first visit to Tel Aviv. It was a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the amazing beaches, markets and nightlife. We could enjoy those and then escape to our walled fortress heaven- The Setai. I am looking forward to a return trip.

The hotel was excellent, Amazing service, the hotel staff was very kind and attentive, the rooms are very clean and the breakfast variety is rich. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would want to come back!

Unfortunately I was very busy on a business trip and couldn't really enjoy the hotel but great architecture,, great attention to detail Loved so much the toiletries of aqua di Parma that I bought the fragrance in the airport.. The restaurant was amazing Breakfast and dinner I really recommend the lamb chops Great service The only bad review I would give is the difficulty of getting a taxi The street is very busy... The area is beautiful. The sea view.. Everything was great
