No need for a car, you are right next to everything, there are plenty of supermarkets, close to the bus stations on Shalma road.

Non Israeli residents are not subjected to VAT, for compliance reasons you will be asked to send a valid passport photo and your tourist visa (B2, B3, or B4) at your arrival. In the case you fail to send your B2 entry visa, 18% VAT will be added to your reservation.
