I do NOT recommend: No parking-small dirty rooms- very noisy- poor service. Parking - Despite their advertising the hotel doesn't really have free parking which is a HUGE issue in Tel Aviv. Hotel with 20+ rooms has 4 parking spot in a long drive way and They would not allow rental cars park there as they refuse to move the the car for you if u block someone. Dirty rooms - the carpet had much better days, the shower is tiny and slippery Noisy - while in the bath room you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on in all the room close to you up and down. They can probably hear you too Poor service - I am Israeli so I am Not very spoiled but when I dared complaining about the parking situation I was cursed, threatened and yelled at by both the receptionist and his manager the next day UGLY

Take the time to get to know the staff. Saul and Irma at the front desk will be very helpful if you are polite. You can practice your Russian second language and many speak several languages. Thank the cooks and house keepers. You may get a heart shaped chocolate on your pillow from Tatyana after your over night trip to Eilat as I did. I highly recommend this hotel as the central point of your extended holiday in Israel. Ask how to get to my favorite cafe a couple of blocks away for Шешлик and meet my friend Yakov (Jacob)

Nice hotel, central location, very clean. Good value for a short stay in Tel Aviv. Location is very central, beach is very near. Hayarkon Street runs alongside the Tel Aviv beaches. Breakfast is ok, self service.

Reception service was acceptable. Breakfast : i do not know if they are blind ignorant lazy and unpolite but good luck in finding a cleaned table . Those 2 ladies only speak russian and if you don't they completely ignore you. Tables might get ckeand in case there is really no free table available. They pass by those but just spend their girls talk in thst little kitchen. I am not talking about the food that is good or the location but the service personal needs proper training in hospitality...

Have reviewed this hotel on my previous stay and have stayed here 5 times. The reviewer called "stinky rooms" must have been extremely unlucky because the rooms are kept clean daily and not a whiff of smoke and shouldn't be as the whole hotel is a smoke free area. The breakfasts are very good and the travelling from the airport by train and bus and is as quick as a taxi and 8 times cheaper. The whole of Tel Aviv is noisy so you cannot expect a hotel opposite the beach to be quiet. Fantastic value.

Stayed at this hotel for a night. Fast free wifi. Please request for a room not facing the road (Very noisy and uncomfortable to sleep). Rooms are very clean with a lot of accessories inside. Breakfast not available until 7am. It was great stay.

I also don't understand all the positive reviews. True, the breakfast is very nice -- lots of salads and pickled fish. But the room reeked from smoke, though it was ostensibly a no smoking room. The hot water ran out during my first shower. And the desk clerk told me I had booked two rooms and would be charged for them both. When I showed him my confirmation for one room, he remained skeptical because the booking wasn't directly through the hotel, and told me he would talk to his manager. This was ultimately resolved, but it was not exactly welcoming. Oh, and my room opened onto Hayarkon, that is, directly onto traffic.

Well located, near the beach and Tel Aviv Port. Many restaurants within a short walk. If you want the Hilton, go and stay there. My room was clean, comfortable and lots of storage space. The staff ordered me a taxi for a 2am trip to the airport but by 2.15 am it hadn't tuned up. However, as the hotel is on a main road, I hailed one outside in less than a minute.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Tel Aviv. It is very reasonably price for it's location. The last time I stayed here I had great customer service. I had particularly great customer service from Saul G. He did a great job on assisting me with my needs and questions

Ok I really don't understand the good reviews. The hotel is really run down - dirty and old. The rooms are small and stinky. The bathroom is ok, actually nicer than the room. Our window and door were both broken - at least they fixed it. Would not recommend anyone to stay there and will definitely never come back.
