The airport guest house was exactly what we needed for lodging near the Tel Aviv airport. It was conveniently located, very comfortable, and very clean. We stayed for a night at each end of our trip and both were quite pleasant, the second night was even in a brand new large room for two couples. The only challenge was in finding the place, but we obviously managed.

The rooms are small. We booked this on a Saturday night for an early international flight Sunday morning. We had a confirmed check in for after 4pm. There was not a room available to us. The host hung the phone up on talking to us twice. We finally got a room, but it was still dirty from the previous guest. This was the first place we have stayed in. In addition, it is not close to restaurants or anything. Lastly, the host had confirmed a taxi for us there next morning at 4:30. Yes, you can guess. No taxi. I would rate this 0, but that is not an option.

I booked it for the last night before I leaving. It is close to the airport. 15 minutes in the night by car. In the town there is the filling station so you can refill the car before returning. The room was clean with wifi. There was a kettle so I could prepare the coffee in the morning. In the centre of the town there is supermarket and some small shops where you can buy something to eat. Check in and out were unproblematic. The owner have sent me the codes by whats up. Please reserve the free parking. They have only one place.

We only chose to stay here because it is about a ten minute drive to the airport and we had a very early morning flight. It is unstaffed meaning you have to be sent a code to get inside and then find your room from a list on the wall; our room was upstairs meaning cases had to be lugged up & then down on departure. The room was very basic and relatively small; the bathroom even smaller. Unfortunately the ceiling above the shower was covered in black mould, presumably because most people shower with opening the window to let the air out; there is no exhaust fan. It is in a residential area with no shops in the vicinity.

This was a great find. We needed a room close to the airport since we were flying out very early the next morning. I worried that it'd be hard to find, but it wasn't. There isn't a sign, as it's rooms inside of a residential housing block. But you can park on the street and just look for the big 12 on the building (not all the houses are clearly marked, but this one is). You can go right up to the front door and enter the door code they give you. There is a little lobby and then a few rooms. They had left a helpful sheet with restaurant and tax info so you can find something to eat close by. The room was really nice and clean, and we slept well. No complaints.

Booked a room via Booking.com with late (after midnight) entry. We were given the front door code, and our room was to be left open. A notice in the lobby confirmed our room number. Found other people sleeping in the room. Found a fold out bed in the basement full of building stuff and slept there. Contacted the owner by phone that morning and he promised not to charge us. Subsequently found that he HAD charged us. Complained to owner without response. Complained directly to Booking.com and they had a promise from the owner for a refund; still nothing. Six weeks after the original stay Booking.com refunded me in full, but removed my review(similar to this one) from their website.

We stayed here for one night before a 5 am flight from Ben Gurion. The proprietor, Hezi, speaks English, was helpful and pre-arranged two taxis to pick us up at 2:45 am. Both were there on time and each cost about $27 USD. We arrived around 8 pm and were greeted by the Mrs. The rooms were no-frills but clean, comfortable and modern. One small glitch occurred when we booked through booking.com - we said we were 5 people but somehow the website only registered 3. As a result we ended up having to pay a bit more than we expected. But still the price was reasonable so it was no problem. The place is not marked except for the address but we found it ok. Make sure you receive the door entry code.

We stayed in this guest house for one night in our way back home, after our trip around Israel. We used booking.com to book a room for four people. Because we arrived on a friday evening, there were absolutely no restaurants/shops open in the area, so we attacked the cookie jar available for all guests in the lobby (sorry about that). Knowing that everything is closed friday evening is probably our duty, but it wouldn’t hurt to warn ignorant guests like us. Reviews in booking.com said that the owners do sometimes prepare sandwhiches for the guests but we were offered none of that. Pros: - the room was clean and fairly modern - comfy beds - wifi in the room was fantastic - the self-check-in system and the instructions are simple and clear to follow. - free tea/coffee & cookies - usb wall chargers - close to airport. Cons: - no sign outside the guest house, not even at the door. Looks like any other house from around. - no bedside tables in the double bed. - we tried calling the guest support number 3 times within 2h and got no response. - we asked for airport transfer when we booked but we didn’t hear anything else. - no-personal-managed hotels can be quick and simple, but a day like today we felt a little bit abandoned with our unanswered questions.
