Hotel and spas in Teahupo'o
What should I bring to a spa hotel?Spa hotels are about relaxing and escaping the real world, so take clothes that are light, casual and easy to slip in and out of. T-shirts and yoga pants are perfect. Slippers and plush bathrobes are common spa attire, but these are usually supplied by the hotel. Thinking of going for a dip in the pool or doing a workout? Squeeze some workout gear, sports shoes and a swimming suit in your bag too. If your hotel has a restaurant on-site, find out if there's any sort of dress code — you may need to bring a stylish outfit to wear to dinner.

Villa Mitirapa
4/5 Good
"Overall a nice place to stay with a few caveats. Easy check-in with the keys on the counter and quick response by email. We stayed in Aura where two rooms have AC and one does not - was not a problem for our stay. The third room has a fan. The rooms have plenty of open shelf space for clothes. The deck overlooking the lagoon and private pool were favorites. There was a nice breeze during our stay. Bring bug spray though (as with most places on island). It would have been nice to have hand towels and wash clothes, not just bath and beach towels. Also, some hooks in the bedroom to hang up towels or clothes. The shower has body wash and shampoo; some shelves for personal washing supplies would be helpful. There was a lot of roof noise one particular night from what we think were birds collecting seeds from the tree overhead. Our neighbors didn't have the same foilage so this may be specific to our Villa. It bothered some of us more than others, so if you are a light sleeper, the islands of Tahiti in general can be noisy with dogs, roosters and other wildlife. The WiFi worked well but we had to request the password. This proved difficulty since we had spotty personal service. There were chocolates left for us at check-in which was a nice welcome. Thank you for sharing your Villa with us."
