Like the location as close and walk-able to town. our room was on the small size but we knew this in advance yet it was clean and quiet which is a must!!! The staff was very helpful with tourist questions and helping to plan our day with additional events.

The unit was immaculately clean. Easy check in and friendly staff doing the service next day. Th unit was very small and not very private. Expensive forthe size. However the bed was comfy and good pillows.

Good and functional

Good place to stay in Te Anau. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was situated in a great location in Te Anau and it was very walkable to the lake (esplanade) and many restaurants and other shops. The unit itself was small but functional. It had good storage space. The shower would get the entire room very steamy and leave a large amount of water on the floor every time. But otherwise, this place was good for what we needed.

Comfortable, quiet, and convenient!

We weren't at Bella Vista long, but we desperately needed a soft spot to land after big travel days and this accommodated all of our needs! The room was clean and well stocked. The sliding glass doors are a nice touch as well. It was incredibly quiet which allowed for a great night's rest. We'd definitely stay there again!
