It was a perfect stay at this wonderful hotel for my 50th birthday. The staff was so welcoming, warm, and friendly. They even surprised my with a special Gerogian cake for my 50th birthday. At best okay, not great

The hotel was at best okay. The rooms were decent but maid service was sloppy. Breakfast was disappointing for a five star hotel. Staff generally was not particularly friendly and did not make any real effort to serve. Three to four star service at five prices.
