The staff were friendly and accomodating. The coffee shop was excellent - both the coffee and the baked fare! The lounge bar cocktails were average, I imagine it's being worked on. The Spa of course is great and the staff are courteous and thoughtful! All in all a definite must stay!

Beauty & Service Perfection

We are traveling a lot all over Europe, and this is one of the best hotel we ever stayed in. It's brand new, location can't be any better, 1 minute from the center. The Hotel is insanely Beautiful, the decorations is out of this world, so much attention for every detail in the rooms and all over the hotel, of course special smell and perfectly clean. We were staying in two different room types and they even look better than the photos. The bathrooms are with the best quality of build and design. I like a strong pillow and the hotel provide a pillow menu options. A 24/7 room service, we ordered food to the room late at night. The spa and massage area is so peaceful and with a plesent atmosphere, quiet treatment rooms, very experienced professional massues team. This hotel is not too big and crowded, it's a very boutique vibe and intimate. The breakfast hotel restaurant is rich with options to choose, very spacious and with charming balcony with beautiful views of the city. Most important is the team, all are polite and hospitable, everyone is smiling and saying hello, so personal and friendly, from all the staff and the manager. Staff always was helping us with booking restaurants reservations and assistant we needed from time to time. Best place, Best staff... We will be coming back there in every stay we'll have in the beautiful city of Tbilisi.
