Unfortunately not a 5 star hotel. My wife and 4 month old and I stayed for 6 nights, one night there was loud music and I mean loud until 11pm, they knew we had a baby, could have moved us after I asked them could they turn it down, the fridge is not suitable to keep bottled baby milk, had to go to a shop everyday and sometimes they had no ice, eventually asked them and it arrived after multiple phone calls each time, buffet is average and room size is below average, soap and shower gel dispenser never refilled until asked multiple times, sorry but not enjoyable stay

The hotel is modern, well-equipped and rooms are bright and large. My room was a junior suite and was very good value - with lots of space and extremely comfortable. The area around the hotel has many bars, restaurants and is close to good shopping areas. The staff are polite, helpful and professional and had many good recommendations for places to eat and visit. Overall, a good choice for your stay in Tblisi!

The staff was very kind and accommodating. Me and my husband were concerned that we would get stuck with a room with two single beds but they ensured that we had a large king size bed for our room at our request. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept and is in a lovely tourist area. Highly recommended.

The design of the hotel is nice, the area is good, however the service is average. The Air-conditioner is controlled by their maintenance person and it was switched off every other hour, had to call constantly until I managed to convince them to leave my AC alone. The room is claustrophobic, has a a small window in the corner and it felt like a prison cell. Ordering an espresso at their outdoor cafe is cumbersome, I had to chase the bartender who refused to take an order and then had to find a waiter to place an order. Took 30 min to get an espresso!! Literally. Lastly the breakfast is way below average, not worth paying for. Better walk around and get breakfast in one of the near by restaurants or cafes.

Great location in Tbilisi on a nice street with lots of shops and restaurants close by. We stayed here while in town getting married, and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly, couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Will return the next time we’re in town.

Charming hotel with great food

Wonderful staff and location. The rooms are also nice. The only downside is the air-conditioning - the AC panels in the rooms don't work and you have to phone the reception to set the temperature - which they do promptly. Some rooms have handheld bidets while others don't. The room service food is DELICIOUS, and the courtyard bar/restaurant area is lovely. A hidden gem is a free-to-play arcade machine with lots of retro favorites like pac-man and street fighter! We discovered it by chance! The location of the hotel is excellent as there are lots of charming streets and eateries and shops right outside.

The hotel itself is located in a no car zone, does not have parking - Expedia listed this hotel w/ parking available. The available parking is by chance, on the street, 3 blocks away, if you find parking. Who you pay? You have to guess, then download an app and pay if you are able to find parking. In the meantime you walking around the street asking people if they speak English and how to download the app, you doing all this while carrying your suitcases. I would not recommend.
