I came to hotel with family tired at 11 and till 12.30 they did not give me the keys.
The last on the reception continuously repeated that nobody informed her about our prepaid confirmed booking. That was terrible.
She tried to contact her manager continuously in a hurry and do not listen us even if we say please give us the keys and we will pay and tomorrow you can solve the problem with your manager.
The whole thing costed us 1.5 hours and I paid another night as a deposit to get keys.
In the morning I woke up with a terrible back pain. I was like not able to get up.
They were polite all time but we suffered with. 4 years old child.
Not sure if I would book them again after this terrible experience.
Suggest to beware.

Hotellet er sentralt. Gardinene var fulle av støv. Baderomsinnredning var ødelagt og vannskadet. Badet luktet råte og kloakk. Madrassene som var på gulvet var fuktskadd. Hotellresepsjonen luktet svette på grunn av sovende nattevakt like innenfor.
