The hotel staff were friendly helpful polite and made my stay all the better, The room was a good size without being too big and well equipped, shower was excellent, breakfast good choice and all fresh, all in all good stay
We had recently stayed in Holiday Inn for 4 nights with my 2 friends. We arrived early at the hotel and they let us check in. Very welcoming Front Desk colleagues, they have made us feel less tired. Had a minor glitch on the AC, Engineering came however some technical issues and couldn’t fix on the spot. Buba from Reception recovered quickly and organized a room move which was very smooth. -Location is ideal as it is accessible to bus stops, shops, cafés, restaurants, grocery, etc. -Breakfast was amazing, great selection - Room was clean and fresh, beautiful view of the city and the mountains (from a far). -Service overall was amazing, staff were all friendly and accommodating which I believe is the most important aspect of one’s stay especially for someone first time on the location- the staff made a great impression of not only the hotel but as well of the country overall! Great recommendations as well of where to go and how to get there. Thanks for the True Georgian Hospitality! (Big shot out especially to Buba, Giorgi, Ana, Intern(guy- no name in the nameplate) Will definitely stay once again if we get to visit Georgia in the future.
Stayed twice, without and without kids. Both times enjoyed very good service in a modern and very clean hotel. Although a little outside the centre we walked into town and taxied back. You get good value for money and the kids eat breakfast for free. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are a little on the small side but tastefully decorated and a comfy bed with all you need in the en suite. Very helpful staff and a pleasant design overall. We are already booked for our third stay.
We arrived at this hotel having travelled from Azerbaijan by overnight train, we were originally going to leave our bags and go sightseeing as it was about 11am but they had a room already available which was great as we could freshen up before going out. The room was adequate for our needs and was clean the bathroom had a shower only. On our return the hotel the hotel had left us a nice bowl of fruit which was a nice touch. The bar and barman was great (wish I had remembered his name to add in this review) and he introduced me to the different styles of Georgian red wines and was very kind in allowing me to try them first so I could pick my favourite, also the selection was very good. We used the Metro to experience it and travel into the centre, but taxis were cheap to and from the hotel, we used the hotel taxis on a couple of occasions which were readily available including one to take us early in the morning for our flight. Overall the hotel is a little bit out from the centre but the standard and cheapness of transport to it make up for this.
This is a very nice hotel, centrally-located in Tbilisi. Everything looks very modern, and in very good shape. The rooms are spacious, and well furnished. The staff are professional and friendly. Breakfast is great. This is an very good hotel choice in this city. The gym is very good, and a pleasure to use. Some noted issues: The carpet in hallways looks stained, and/or worn out. The cleaning staff did not replenish regularly the in-room tea and coffee service.
The rooms are clean and the staff are wonderfully helpful! You will have to take a taxi to old town but the hotel has their own taxi service that is inexpensive and convenient. The breakfast buffet is spectacular and is one of the best ones we have ever enjoyed. However, we ate at the restaurant one evening when we were tried and didn’t feel like going out and it was terrible. I ordered a salad and my husband ordered a pizza. His pizza arrived cold and burnt after waiting over an hour, it then took another hour for my salad to arrive. It is possible we caught the restaurant on a bad night because everything else in that hotel is so well executed! That was the only issue we had it really was a wonderful stay and I would stay there again when I go back.
I liked the hotel very much. From the very beginning, the hotel staff was very friendly and nice (even offering complementary early check-in). The room was located on 20 floor and was very nice one. It was modern and tidy. The bathroom was also good. The staff provided me with bathrobes very quickly. The breakfast was amazing- very tasty and with big variety! The conference facilities were great! The hotel was located in a business area, with many shops, fast foods around. The taxi can get you to the center for 4-10 GEL.
My trip totalled 40 nights and the entire experience was excellent. Staff were helpful and attentive during every interaction, and catered to all my requests. The food in the restaurant is good, however after staying so long I got a bit bored. Changing the menu would be an idea. The gym was good, the room was comfortable. However, the shower had wooden slat base which I did not like. It’s not very hygienic, I would change this or request a room without it. Overall, excellent.

Nice hotel, great location ( right next to metro station). My room was nice and clean, big bed, decent size shower. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices and omelet/ egg station.
