The residential complex is located in the center of Tbilisi, on Saburtalo, st. Sairme on the -1 floor. The apartment is very modern. Accommodates only 4 people freely (2 on the bed and 2 on a folding sofa). Fresh modern renovation on the -1 floor. For the ventilation of the apartment, a special device is installed, the recuperator prana which gives perfect air. All furniture and appliances of high level. The apartment has all the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay. Towels, bed linen, slippers, iron, hairdryer and toiletries are included in the price. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking and serving the table: a kettle, a gas stove, a range hood, a roomy fridge, cutlery, glasses, plates, pots and pans. And also a set for washing dishes. Water can be drunk directly from the tap. The room is also equipped with a washing machine. Near the entrance there is a clothes dryer. For the safety of your belongings, there is an IP camera outside. The apartments are equipped with central heating and a flat-screen TV with cable TV with many channels, air conditioning, microwave. Free wi-fi. Free parking around the building. At night it is especially calm and cozy and the air is cleaner. To old Tbilisi 2 km. 13 minutes to Shota Rustaveli Avenue, 12 minutes to Lake Lisi, 16 minutes to Cherepasche Lake, 16 minutes to the Funicular, 12 km to the airport, 12 minutes to the railway station, Metro Medical Institute 850 m. Next to my house there is a market, bus station and taxi. Nearby are: Hypermarket, Banks, Metro, Garden for recreation, Pharmacies, Various Cafe, Restaurants, Nightclubs, Casino.
