Everything was new, which was a plus, coffee maker was great, took awhile to figure the how the stove top worked and had some problems with the front door opening (probably the deadbolt receptacle needs to adjusted) but the host help straighten things out, so not a deal breaker, communication was very good. Probably would be a good idea to provide instructions on the stovetop, door issues and how the TV works, which was not user friendly to us anyhow. As a place to stay very clean and modern, highly recommended. Only downside is there is no where to sit outside directly, the front door faces a parking lot, you could sit outside if you go around the adjacent Pizza Restaurant, but not really practical from the apartment. Pizza Restaurant adjacent is fine, doesn't really affect the apartment, there also a Cuban Restaurant nearby that serves pretty food at reasonable prices, although the language barrier can be a problem. Highly recommended a great place to stay !!!

The amenities and location were nice for being close to Key Largo. There is a small park that faces the Atlantic side which is a 1 minute walk from the apartment.
