The Space:
Your vacation begins the moment you drive through our gatehouse entrance into our beautifully landscaped tropical grounds and enter your spacious completely renovated two bedroom suite. This unit is in building 3, on the top floor with its sensational ocean views. The 60 lush tropical acre resort is perfectly located in the heart of the upper keys...surrounded by World Class Fishing, Scuba Diving, plenty of casual restaurants, shopping and every water activity imaginable!

Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances as well as all small appliances for your use. Linens are included. Just bring your cloths and beach towels and sunscreen and enjoy yourselves.

Guest Access:
Our guests have full use of all of the amenities at Ocean Point. Olympic sized swimming pool, 14 person hot tub, walking trails, tennis courts, clubhouse with bar/restaurant and lounge area. Private beach, use of all lounge chairs are the pool and beach at no additional cost. You can even bring your boat, however you must contact the marina for additional information. Boat Dockage and storage is not free - renters must contact the marina onsite for approval, pricing and requirements. Jet skies and wave runners are not allowed at the resort.

The Neighborhood:
Private gated resort with gate house manned 24/7.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to get around. As this is only a little over 1 hour to Miami and 2 hours to Key West, you can visit all of the tropical areas without even needing a passport or getting on an airplane.

Boat Dockage and storage is not free - renters must contact the marina onsite for approval, pricing and requirements. Jet skies and wave runners are not allowed at the resort.
**Travel Insurance must be purchased at least 14 days after booking the reservation through a third party company . Proof of policy required and we will reimburse you back the cost of policy up to 10% of the rental fee when rental is completed.
