Disliked: Cleanliness
Good location and complex but apartment is outdated and was not properly cleaned (there was old pasta glue to the kitchen floor). Additionally, 1) All mattresses were super uncomfortable (soft and wore from usage); 2) master bathroom tub as clogged and shower pressure was super low in addition to a wasp nest (with wasps) in the balcony. It took 3 days (phone call, text message and a personal visit to the office) for maintenance to be sent to fix and 3) only one elevator that stopped working for the last 3 nights of our stay. We were on the 4th floor which meant bring down by stairs all the luggage at check out time. A real hassle specially for families with small children in strollers and elderly people on vacation.

The sofa bed was broken. Tried calling the 24/7 guest services line and left several voicemails for assistance. Two of my guests had nowhere to sleep. The fire sprinkler systems had a collection of dust. There was not an enough dishes for a party of six. The water pressure was low. We were able to move to a second room for the second night stay. The sofa bed worked, however, had uncleaned blankets and sheets left on the bed. Unwilling to use the sofa bed due to the uncleaned sheets and blankets.
